Did you know Trump's insurrection backfired when congress was forced into a special session where none of the American people's representatives were allowed to object, resulting in the election being certified?
Or was it all planned well in advance? We know from court testimony that Capitol Hill was expecting extraordinary numbers, and Intel indicated there might be trouble. We know that there were offers of 10-20k National Guard troops to fortify security, and those offers were refused. We also recently learned that there were at least 40 undercover operatives dressed as Trump supporters in the building and on the grounds. Even Ray Epps is shown on video taking photos of other protesters... he also said in more than one video, "We must go INTO the Capitol", to which the crowd responded "FED FED FED FED", and, "We're here to storm the Capitol."

I can't speak for Kenosha, (tho I imagine it was the same), but as a resident of Portland, OR, I can say unequivocally, that Portland was NOT burning. One or two buildings caught fire on the outside, and a couple of dumpsters, maybe a car. That does not equal 'our city burning' by any stretch of words. You are confusing separate incidents. Stone wanted Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act in Portland, Oregon during the summer 2020 protests. This was months before the 2020 election. If Trump had done this, it would have triggered protests in other Democrat areas, Trump could have put his own people in to run the states and totally rigged the election. He might have just canceled it completely "To protect America!"
