Hi Gianni, on what is based this comment? Have you tried and experienced the device, in a way you can certainly say that the plant doesn't have any influence on the music?
@@Gintch Many researches can show you that is of course not only water in the plants that influence the resistance, but many other factors, as the environment itself where the plant is. Plants have more developed senses than animals as each root apex is able to detect and monitor at least fifteen different types of chemical and physical parameters at the same time. The “transition zone” is the part of the plant where the most oxygen is consumed and where most of the signals arrive. These, like the neurons of the human brain, have the function of exchanging information.

I kind of want to get one just to see if there is a reaction to the music I play in the green house. See if my plants like Coltrane or if I've been subjecting them to jazzy torture for years. I know the device wont tell me the exact mood, but maybe give me the equivalent of some toes tapping. I'll have to find my fathers Metallica records and give them a spin while the device is hooked up. Spent years talking to my plants, I'm sure they'd like to give me auditory stimulation back.
Bamboo is a device that connects directly to the plant perceiving its electromagnetic signal and translates it into musical harmonies, opening the door to new forms of communication. By deciphering and registering the impulses and interactions of plants, we have developed a device that uses a MIDI interface to transform the plant's resistance from a leaf to the root system into music. Bamboo allows you to customize features to enjoy the music of the plants wherever you are.
yeah im thinking it just detects electricity and just plays random notes. If plants had any real input to the music generated, they would have shown a different plants showcasing different melodies and notes and tempos
Haven’t we disturbed the nature enough, now that we want plants too for our amusement? Did someone ask plants if they want to play music for us, or not?
Hi Paulo, if you try the device, or ask to someone that uses it, you could clearly recognize there aren't donwloaded music on it. The plant plays music that you really feel that is because of an interaction with the plant. Sometimes it seems the plants is answering to you through the music! You can discover more about the technology on our website, blog and socials
Ok, I can understand there are some reasons why certain products might be expensive because of the materials and their construction process, but I’m genuinely curious as to why one of these costs ~$500.
Ethan Haddad you can make one yourself super super easily. Use an arduino and some electrodes. Then code the arduino if contact is made with electrode play random song from soundbank its really easy. This has nothing to do with the plants. This is basically the same as a makeymakey which is like 20 dollars.
Bruh 400$+ to hear some bad toned music..? Really? And no, i don't care that iTs fRoM a pLaNt. Still too much honestly. That device it's just a cool thing to have.
I saw this device on another video, but they made it sound like the plant was actually in control of its own music. That’s not what this is at all. This is just fancy technology. Really disappointing.
The choice of bamboo as a material for the case was the most ecological from our point of view. It is a very durable and well recyclable material. Bamboo plants grow more than one meter every day and therefore they are forced to cut them. For this reason we recycle this natural material, without taking anything away from nature, but using the cycle of life, where nothing is created, nothing is destroyed, everything is transformed.
Carol's question in relation to unfiltered sounds should be made clear. I'm finding it hard to find this information. Please can we have a reply to it? Thanks.

@@Musicoftheplants u guys really charge 500 dollars for this? thats one hell of a mark up..... i could make this myself for about 30 bux... the programming is fairly straight forward. create some sound patches in Pure Data and feed your electrical signal through it... voila... magic plant music!
@@Musicoftheplants lol, nice money making scheme you got going on lol, but this will ruin my business so I will ruin your reputation and leave bad reviews and dislike are your videos and advertising, sorry but your product will ruin my business
Who came from Daily Dose Of Internet??😂😂
Hello everyone this is your daily dose of Internet this seal got to see if seal for the first time and couldn't see the way that's the end of this video I hope you enjoyed and I'll see you guys very very soon later
Me lol its fascinating
me
Can the signals not be received and played in real time? I feel like that would really help sales and be more attractive to people buying it
Or you could have it receive a whole load of signals beforehand and then while that is playing have it receive more signals to play so it can be more consistent
What is this device called
This device is called Bamboo M
You can read more informations about it on our website: www.musicoftheplants.com/
awesome!
Que lindoooo
gracias
Ik hou van planten, en nu snap ik waarom ze zingen ook net als ik😌💖
The frequencies of the plant must trigger sounds programmed within the device
I can't understand how exactly it works
By deciphering and registering the impulses and interactions of plants, we have developed a device that uses a MIDI interface to transform the plant's resistance from a leaf to the root system into music. Extensive research continues today as we become conscious of the innate ability of nature to communicate with us when we have the instrument to listen.
Send one to Andrew Huang and get him to feature it on an episode of his ‘Weird Gear.’ Series.
Spent years talking to my plants, I'm sure they'd like to give me auditory stimulation back.

my friend gets an obvious response from the device when he plays his guitar "within earshot" of the plants
Wow
How does this work? Is it actually real?
Bamboo is a device that connects directly to the plant perceiving its electromagnetic signal and translates it into musical harmonies, opening the door to new forms of communication.
By deciphering and registering the impulses and interactions of plants, we have developed a device that uses a MIDI interface to transform the plant's resistance from a leaf to the root system into music.
Bamboo allows you to customize features to enjoy the music of the plants wherever you are.
My question would be does it work on any electrical signals? A battery, a human?
That was literally my first question. Like, what if I put this in my arm? Irl theme music
yeah im thinking it just detects electricity and just plays random notes. If plants had any real input to the music generated, they would have shown a different plants showcasing different melodies and notes and tempos
Who came from tiktok
No.
I'm here from Daily Dose of Internet!
Me too
Haven’t we disturbed the nature enough, now that we want plants too for our amusement?
Did someone ask plants if they want to play music for us, or not?
Easy programming, downloading music on the device and recognizing patterns and playing randomly
If it were that easy everyone would do it
i wanna hear 1.4 Plantera
How much is this?
You can find all our prices on our shop: www.musicoftheplants.com/shop-online/
I’m Canadian and my dollar make this totally impossible to afford 😞 it’s amazing for those who can 💶
is this hurting the plant? shocking it?
Of course, not
Is this real?
Yes, it is! You can discover more on: www.musicoftheplants.com
Really awesome device, still doesn’t justify the horrendous price tag, though.
I would buy one for my mother, but they are expensive. F
Unintentional ASMR
I wish I can hear my tomato plants ❤️🌱

Bruh 400$+ to hear some bad toned music..? Really? And no, i don't care that iTs fRoM a pLaNt. Still too much honestly. That device it's just a cool thing to have.
That's a lot of money
yeah same thing I thought
Should be like 40 dollars or less really
i wanted to get that to my mom for christmas since she loves plants and music, but then i checked the price and..... nah...
Anybody that has the Bamboo M, is it worth it?
I saw this device on another video, but they made it sound like the plant was actually in control of its own music. That’s not what this is at all. This is just fancy technology. Really disappointing.
imagine if a plant started playing bfg division
The plant is screaming in pain because you stabbed it.
400 euros??????
What do I sound like? 🤒. I rember the heartbeat of plants research was groundbreaking 🤔 quite the large gap between the years. Lol groundbreaking.

Daily Dose of Internet.
$520 ... yeah no
Carnivorous Plants probably have rap music
Gold 🤣🤣
All the plants are trying to communicate is how sad they are that you chopped up their freind and turned them into a machine:(
The choice of bamboo as a material for the case was the most ecological from our point of view. It is a very durable and well recyclable material. Bamboo plants grow more than one meter every day and therefore they are forced to cut them. For this reason we recycle this natural material, without taking anything away from nature, but using the cycle of life, where nothing is created, nothing is destroyed, everything is transformed.

I was interested till I found out this shit cost over a grand
This is way overpriced
I can do the same thing with 13 bucks
Carol's question in relation to unfiltered sounds should be made clear. I'm finding it hard to find this information. Please can we have a reply to it? Thanks.
Dear Ted, we answered to Carol in the other comment she did below this video. Thanks for your question, so we can answer again! The Bamboo device it self without a plant can not play. When you connect it to the plant, the plant that constantly and normally emits electrical signals, with these signals interferes with the device. From that moment the plant can hear that the music playing is connected to her signals. In other words, is really like if you give to the plant an instrument to play. The plant is the musician and she can play the flaute, the piano, the siter in higher or lower notes. The plant express the melody and also to play or not. Sometime the plant can be connected to the device and also choose to not play.
I hope to have clarified a bit your doubt! :)
I wish you a wonderful day!
@@Musicoftheplants How are the changes in voltage interpreted as music? Are increases interpreted as high notes and decreases as low ones?
Music of the Plants answer Alexander’s question
@@aiex314 tendentially yes, but it is more complex as it is divided in ranges according to our algorithm.
