Both experienced divers and both stated that the second they were in the water they were forced to fight for their own lives as well because the current and waves were too rough. The original people in distress were a 12 year old girl and her mother's boyfriend. 5 people in total had to fight for their own survival but sadly KT was the only one unable to make it back to shore. Even still, he was the first one in the water and for people in his position to sacrifice themselves for complete strangers is nearly unheard of. Aside from his art he is deserving of the utmost praise and respect. We lost a good man that day.

Since I was a kid this has been my favorite videogame. All throughout high school I would use the soundtrack to study and write my papers, and now I'm in college doing the same! I cannot thank you enough for this and I am so happy to see that even to this day this game has resonated with people!

I remember as a kid the VS. Lancastrians theme INSTANTLY captured my attention and I thought it was so sick. Yugi’s Manor also was one that I loved hearing. Crazy how so many years have passed yet these themes vividly bring me back to me playing this in my bedroom for HOURS. Not just for the gameplay but for the music too

I will never forget getting my kaiba starter deck the getting introduced to forbidden memories and duelsit of the roses the music in these games is timeless we will never forget you thank you for making my childhood special!
Glad to see I'm not the only one who remains inspired by this game and its music to this day! I grew up with Yu-Gi-Oh!, and while the TV show and card game were great fun, they remain memories of the past while this game stands out as something I can enjoy just the same to this day. The chess-like battle system of Duelists of the Roses has a unique type of strategy to it that I just haven't found in any other game. (I actually think it's a *lot* more fun than regular Yu-Gi-Oh! duels!) And the songs...I often play them in the back of my head at work or while doing other things, and it keeps me so motivated! Thanks for sharing this beloved soundtrack, and for working so hard to make it shine its best, too.

I managed to rip this version from RUclips in as high a quality as possible, trying my best to not lose any fidelity in the process, I hope this channel eventually puts up an official download link but for now this is the best I could do! I've tried to post the D/L link in the comments but RUclips removes my comment whenever I do, so I've submitted it to KHInsider, hopefully they'll let me put the OST up once it gets approved. I've also uploaded it to MEGA but like I said, every time I try to post the D/L link I get flagged, I'll try to find a way around it so I can post the link somewhere.

Haven't listened to this since I was a kid, I was never into Yugioh but my mom got this for one of my birthdays. Didn't know what I was doing or how to play, but I put a lot of time into it anyway. I have a lot of fond memories of this game.
So much nostalgia. I remember days when me and my dad would be doing cleaning around the house and we would take turns cleaning and battling eachother. One would do their turn and one would clean. Dunno why I remember that specifically 😂. But those truly were good times

One of the games I played ALL the time as a kid, had no clue what I was doing and would constantly restart the game but god did I have a good time. So much of the music is ingrained in my mind forever.

4:54 Vs. the Lancastrians (I thought this track was vs. the Yorkist though?) is something I have continued to replay in my mind for nearly 2 decades. It was truly an inspired piece of gaming music for its time.
It may not mean much in the grand scheme of things but this was the game that decided what console I would get. PS2 or Gamecube. Best choice I ever made so this game holds a special place in my heart. I enjoyed the combat system, the music, the fact that it was a sequel of sorts to Forbidden Memories, etc. Now I can listen to this game's soundtrack in glorious HD? This is a great day! All that hard work you had to do to ensure as close to the original PS2 sound is much appreciated and for a game that truly deserves it. This game needs a modern remaster and new cards added if possible.

4:54 Vs. the Lancastrians (I thought this track was vs. the Yorkist though?) is something I have continued to replay in my mind for nearly 2 decades. It was truly an inspired piece of gaming music for its time.

Most underrated videogame ever
It may not mean much in the grand scheme of things but this was the game that decided what console I would get. PS2 or Gamecube. Best choice I ever made so this game holds a special place in my heart. I enjoyed the combat system, the music, the fact that it was a sequel of sorts to Forbidden Memories, etc.
Now I can listen to this game's soundtrack in glorious HD? This is a great day! All that hard work you had to do to ensure as close to the original PS2 sound is much appreciated and for a game that truly deserves it. This game needs a modern remaster and new cards added if possible.
Won't ever forget finding this used game at GameStop, someone bought it for me. Duelist of the Roses' music score and different play style has been on my mind since, this was over 15 years ago I want to say.

It'd be really nice if you could upload each song individually... i like some of these so much it'd be nice to put them on loop or something, but other uploads are much lower quality

Great upload. The battle sounds are worth an upload imo. They're not high quality soundwise but there are some cool stings like Mystical Elf's choir music.

Yuugi's theme and his duel is a masterpiece. Duelist Kingdom cards, some of Battle City and the bond with the past Pharaoh. Sound so perfect, i love it.
