I hope this is not the beginning of stupid walled gardens like in other tech. The good thing about fitness tech up to now is that everything works together. Zwift, Garmin, Training Peaks, Whoop, all nicely integrated. If Wahoo wants to play Apple and this only works with their own trainers, they can keep it.
There are no plans for Wahoo to limit compatibility with 3rd parties. SYSTM will work with any other trainer brand, and Wahoo trainers will work with all other training apps.
TR's adaptive training has only been available for a couple of months and is still in development. As someone who does not race and has good weather almost year round, i'm most interested in who has the best general fitness plans. And, I don't want to be stuck indoors.
