Excellent interview. Thank You Adi and Ryan! Very insightful and informative perspective on not only the importance of knowing and supporting your company culture and values and applying "adaptive leadership", but embracing Ryan;s spot-on "Skills-First" mentality in the the new work world. ( video 14:15-20:17) No surprise that LinkedIn continues to be successful in attracting, inspiring and retaining good talent with Ryan's leadership mindset.
Linkedin has given me and my company which is a B2B market, a place to show more technical products and a second approach to customers just given value information like technical information or just new developments in sciencies and international norms and rules. People and customers start to learn that Linkedin is not only to find job or hire people but also a place to find important information that increases their knowledge and makes better their job!!
16:25 if you take the same role from 2015 to 2022 that existed in the world roughly 25% of the skills required for that role have changed, ..........it is pretty obvious that a lot of those are "technical skills" that are now needed, a lot is moving into the digital space..... 17:15 the most in-demand roles created as a consequence of the pandemic were digital customer service roles. 18:46 what is your playbook for retaining the best people?........ being intentional and authentic about the vision!!! 19:50 internal mobility as a career path is a big topic right now 22:50 doing good for the world and doing well in business inside the product that you built is a strong competitive advantage 26:23 how do we help people to build their identity? by sharing a lot of that knowledge in new ways and new formats.....

Ryan, your platform needs a face lift on customer service.
LinkedIn started as a SEO and Mail Spammer ....
... and it evolved, just like it was supposed to. Now, it's arguably the most powerful data-driven platform for business professionals in 2022.
@@Jonathan_Solomon well, at the expense of many other sites that had no connection to google. the same goes for pinterest.
