  • As Professor Jesper Sørensen sees it, a winning strategy is the result of conversations, not commands.
Sørensen says strategy can be directed from the C-suite, but it doesn’t have to be. “Lots of great strategies are discovered,” he says, “they're discovered because the leaders were able to listen to their frontline workers or their frontline managers.” A more iterative approach, says Sørensen, helps companies adapt their strategy to an ever-changing landscape.
In the latest episode of Think Fast, Talk Smart, Sørensen joins host and lecturer Matt Abrahams to discuss how organizations can use better communication to craft better strategies. SYNCID: MB01FNCETGROGGB

Nice discussion. Due to rapid technology change, more entrepreneurs are having engineering background. Because solving any problems, you need to layout your strategy to solve the problem and get the solution. You need to have a picture, then adjust base on every steps’ feedback.

I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks. I believe having 75K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities

Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should've known that by now, nothing beats experience and that's final, personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again

The broker I'm in touch with is
*ASHLEY AIRAGAHI . I came across her in a Bloomberg interview and got in touch with her. You can use something else. For me, her strategy works hence my result. She provides entry and exit point for the securities I focus on

Sorry bro, this only work and apply in the west, you come To Asia, especially Chinese society, no matter how you talk, fast or slow, smart or stupid , they judge you only with their feelings and they like you or dislike you. If they like you, you talk smart or bullshit they will still agree with you, if they dont like you , you talk with wisdom they still think that you talk shit ! You talk ,they say why you talk so much ? You keep silent, they say why you don't want to talk ? They ask you to give opinion, after you give your opinion, they will say to you they insist their opinion instead of yours, they criticize all lot when they don't like you, they praise you a lot if they like you even your opinion or ideas sucks ! Ci Bai ! Welcome to world of Chinese
