  • What if everyone started their careers with the very same tools that shaped our world for thousands of years?
On this episode of the Classical et Cetera podcast, the table sits down to talk about what the world might look like if everyone could benefit from a classical Christian education. With the proper guidance and critical thinking skills, we would argue that anyone can add to the Great Conversation.
Memoria Press has dedicated itself to building a classical Christian curriculum that works and educates children around the world. We are ready to answer any questions you might have about starting on this journey in your own home or school.

Don’t let Mitchell get away with not telling us his book titles! Some of us love in depth books on seemingly random subjects just as much as War and Peace 😂

I determined that my classical education would be a personal goal. Maybe it is because of my circle of influence, I find that an infinitely small number of people care what I know, and aren't particularly interested in hearing about it.

I remember when a maths teacher told me (a German and English teacher) that most of what takes place in English classes is a massive waste of time, because it doesn’t help students solve real-world problems. It’s not just a view that education is about job training, but also about “problem-solving” and participation in a democratic society.

I believe my entire life is a repayment of the debt I owe my ancestors specifically and Culture in general for all I have been given.

Fabulous discussion and encouragement, thank you! I'm in for an episode on the things Mitchell thinks will bore us. 🤔

In spite of the number of years of our working life, it is a small part of our entire life. There has to be more

Does a well educated person depend on classical curriculum or depend on the teacher training them up in the ways of the Lord, no matter what curriculum is chosen or if Latin is taught or if the classics are read or not?
I’m genuinely asking because classical curriculum does seem more intimidating to me than others
