Thing about fashion, it's always a revolving door. Way back in the day, Raquel Welch and Marilyn Monroe, considered big today, were the ideal weight, but then Twiggy came and made super skinny all the rage for nearly 2 decades.

I do not know, why they laughed on her that much. Ok, she did not know, how to pose professionally to the cameras, but she looks pretty in that outfit in my opinion. She is not skinny, but she is not fat either, she looks fine.

Man, the character development was just amazing when you look at this show from beginning to end. And it happened so organically. I love this show.
Of course Daniel changed from this asshole (who had hints of being a good man) to a great guy but Betty too. By the end of the series she would never put up with a man like this. They both truly changed for the better.
This series was pure genius. Kudos 2 SH.

Anyways the impressive thing about the set design is it is done in a studio and not even in new york. So all new york scenery are basically green screen.
First episode of season 1 was actually shot in NYC, the rest of the season in LA :)

@@r.g6170 you're right, it wasn't her job but she wasn't courageous enough to say that to him. tbh even irl, a lot of people don't. Esp interns or entry level analysts who are in the bottom of the pyramid + desperately need a job. If you've ever seen an inter pick up a coffee for others, it's the same. They can't, in the slight chance that they get fired or get in bad terms with their superior. Here, daniel is the superior, not just to her but to the whole company. And for the sake of the plot, there has to be a turning point where Daniel goes too far and finally changes a bit of his mind, so they had to have a scene like such.
