What a beautiful place! Sure appreciate you taking us along. I really enjoy living vicariously through you. Look forward to it a lot. When you go on hikes like you do, aren’t you afraid to meet up with snakes and spiders and such? I admire you. Be safe, Be blessed.😃👍💜👏👏👏
I have recently found you! I love your adventures. I am 76 goin on 77. I think I’m too old to do it now, but I love goin with you everywhere…. Thank you Carolyn for taking us with you. Your an awesome being, honey 😅
The Chiricahua Apache also lived in this part of Arizona hence Apache Pass Rd. you took to get to the Bread Rocks. Further south is the Ft. Bowie national monument as you go through the pass. The Fort was established to protect settlers and the Butterfield stage passengers.
Great area! I've heard of those grinding holes. Would love to see them in person. I found a grinding stone on a walk through the woods here in the Catskills. It's amazing
There’s something so soothing about watching you do your chores, interspersed with the interesting and beautiful landscape. I love that you grind your own coffee. So glad I discovered your channel!!!
Yes! It’s on my bucket list!!! Questions for you…. How do you avoid getting stickers all over you and Sadie? Did you feel spiritual sitting there on those rocks? I did just watching you. Wow intense! Thanks for sharing
I’m always impressed with how little talking you do in a day except to Sadie. I also mostly travel alone with just my dog and some days I barely speak. I love this area so much. I love your travel videos
Loved this place! Stayed two weeks last spring. Did a little bouldering. Saw a Great Horned Owl, and many cows. I call the dust velvet. My dirt and I live with it.
I think I would've stayed up for many hours looking at all those stars in the night sky. Beautiful scenery at Indian Bread Rocks! Dinner looked delicious.
Hi Carolyn, This place is only about 15 miles away from my home in Cochise County. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place. I've lived here 6 years and have been to Bowie but not off the trail and you inspired me.
I'll keep saying it.... Thank you Carolyn for showing us all of the beauty around this globe that so many of us will never get to see or enjoy in person. Blessings!
The grinding holes were so cool. You can see them all grinding and talking or singing together. I live on the Potomac river and you can find them also and I always thought it was rocks swirling in there to make them that way. Now I know why they are so perfect. Now to go looking for them 😊
Hi Carolyn, It hasn’t been quite a week since I first discovered your channel and now I look forward to watching everyday! I have a lot of catching up to do and I want to thank you for your candor about sharing your life past and present. I’m a single woman who grew up in Berkeley and now live in Oakland. I’m too old to do what you do but watching you and Sadie is the next best thing😊. Oh and I think your respect and love for your dogs is awesome 💕
This type of landscape is so beautiful to me. I'm from the south and live in the mid-Atlantic now and have only been to southern Arizona once. It's so very different from what I've always been around and thank you for sharing it with us!
43:03 That picture OMG so makes it worth the visit. I hope we get to see that video. I wish I could join Patreon. Maybe one day and then I'll have a ton of videos to catch up on. Thanks for sharing what you do share I really enjoy it. Thanks for sharing. Love yah Nancy
Such a simple life lady.....nothing fancy here.....always down-to-earth and simple in all she does. That's why I love her youtube channel so much! 👍👍😉😃
WOW Carolyn, I’m not a vegan but you sure make it look delicious!! As with everything else you do, I love watching you cook, as well as taking that first bite🤗!
Another awesome video! I love the inside of rv when its snowing and ur cooking dinner it looks so cozy! And going for the walk with u was great! What a beautiful view! Thank you for sharing it all 😊
That's the desert for sure. I see people whining about the rain at quartzside so I assume you left that area. You found nicer weather unless this is a long time ago. I hear you can eat prickly pear. Your RV looks so homey. I love seeing you clean. Some guys don't clean their RVs and it looks filthy. Sady is so cute in the chair.
The clouds are incredible!! I’m wondering if industrial strength Velcro would keep your screen door from rattling when you’re driving?? ❤ your videos. You take us to very interesting locations!!
Hello to you Carolyn, I had my coffee and totally enjoy this trip with you again. Thank you, you have come into my life in a very different way, but it’s ✅ ok. You are special. Give Sadie a hug for me❤ by the way this place was so beautiful… Good Day!
Love that your in AZ, lived there 40 yrs ago, and now my retirement plan is to get a van or small RV and travel to all the places I wanted to see but couldn't as an OTR EXPEDITE driver!! Because AZ back in the day was the ultimate area for me!!
Hello Carolyn - I have to say how much I love the chair throw and other prints. Are they from India? I'm an avid seamstress and they caught my eye. I also love the desert and the smell of sage. Imagine snow in Arizona - I live in Minn. and we haven't had a big snow year yet.. Have you tried the nopales (from the prickly pear cactus). They have a lemon cold cuc taste, Of course the spines are a huge deterrent. They are great in a salad. Love the burrito wrap you made. Stay out of the sand, okay?
Nice long video, thanks. I am sad that you didn't film in NM. I find it much more beautiful there with the red rock and not so gravely. So far what I've seen about the AZ desert seems so bleak/desolate. Stay well and safe.
And one note on tightening the door screws. Don’t use a screw gun! You may have stripped the threads by over tightening them with the gun! Only use a hand screwdriver to tighten those little screws! If they keep spinning when you tighten them with a screwdriver, they are stripped.. in that case you can try breaking off a tooth pick in the hole and then use a lock washer with the screw to gently tighten it up.. ❤
Hi Carolyn. I know you asked about raw dog food in one of your last videos. I don’t think I would give my dog raw chicken? But I know a lot of people feed there dogs homemade dog food like fresh chicken and fresh vegetables. I feel that is the way to go. There are many videos on RUclips about this subject.🙏❤️🇺🇸
I would love to know how you train your dogs from not running off and stay close. If mine was ever off leash she would just run forever and be two towns over before she stopped. 😂
Cleaning: I deal w the same in my tiny apt! I'm on a bluff, and it's windy! There is a mill and railroad close. And have horrid crank out windows. Love my tiny place, but it is the dustiest place I ever lived! Good practice for my camper van, I'm thinking. Lol!
I love watching your beautiful videos and You also share the history which is awesome. We are surrounded in such beauty so I Thank you so very much for sharing. Hugs to You & Sadie ❤😊
Indian Bread Rocks and Chiricahua National Monument (and Tombstone) was my first place to visit in Arizona back in 1986. Still one of my favorite areas there in the South.
I love these thorough videos of your house cleaning, cooking, and beautiful nature walks.
I love how you sit and feel connecting on a cellular level.
It is so magical!
Thank you Carolyn. Yes, I will be adding thus to my every growing bucketlist. Take care and stay free.
Beautiful land, beautiful video. Thanks for taking us on your travels.

Ha! I watch Truck House Life. Interesting guy. I like his rig. Good video, Carolyn.
Bread Rocks is a wonderful and unique place to visit. Also, I am glad to see that I am not the only one that tries to connect my feelings to the past.
It looks like a moonscape on a sunny day. It reinforces for me that I need greenery in my life.
Yes, bucket list!
Safe travels to, and in Mexico! Can't wait to see it!
I’m always impressed with how little talking you do in a day except to Sadie. I also mostly travel alone with just my dog and some days I barely speak. I love this area so much. I love your travel videos

take screws out one at a time, add locktite to them, might stop them loosening

Have you tried a Quesadilla with thinly flat sliced broccoli? it's delicious!😋
Take the screws out and put some loctite on them. Then put them back in. And or put some toothpicks in with them then loctite or wood glue.
Great idea and maybe wear your glasses. Your drill made no contact with those screws.
Yes, a def visit to that great spot. Thx.
So peaceful. ♥️
Beautiful editing today.

I filmed NM for months a couple of years ago. You can go back and watch those!

Indian Bread Rocks and Chiricahua National Monument (and Tombstone) was my first place to visit in Arizona back in 1986. Still one of my favorite areas there in the South.
