Were 2 Now this is not entirely accurate though. Lots of missing information here. You are given notice of the legal action being taken against you. It wouldn’t just disappear from a paycheck. An employer also has to file the paperwork and has a responsibility to inform the employee of the changes. There is a lot that goes into it and if you don’t show up and receive a judgement your options are limited. They can try to sue but the garnishment typically comes from lack of action.

Holly Dent Are you being serious right now?!? Medicare charges 40% less - that’s why hospitals & insurance don’t want to change to a MEDICARE4ALL system. They will be forced to charge Medicare prices.
Think about it. The GOVERNMENT uses the lowest possible prices, since they are the ones reimbursing the hospitals. And since the prices are fixed, the overhead of paper-pushers having to evaluate EVERY patients bill, drops from 18%, to 2%. Insurance companies and hospitals can nickel & dime everything if individuals are paying, but the GOV doesn’t roll like that.
Its almost like you haven’t even tried to see the other side of things.

For all those of you that dismiss this as simply you have to pay for what you receive... true, but here's what you're missing... the uninsured cost is 5x or 6x what they would have charged for an insured patient. That's alarming because the numbers were made up and inflated so they can say to the insurance lobbies "look you're getting a negotiated group discount". If you were in quality medical facilities in South America (yes there are some) you go to the dentist for $30, insulin for $50, etc. Here's the other thing you're missing... go buy a car and ask how much its going to be... now go to the hospital and ask them before you even check in. They cant tell you. And they cant tell you how many different bills you're going to get (doctor, anesthesiologist, hospital, etc.) and those bills dont come at the same time... you may get your first bill from one out of the blue 5 months later.

I went to my hospital, this is America..and rated top hospital by Us News... hear me out. The next day i went to get a bill to pay.. the front desk woman could give me a total of hundreds of dollars for 1 hour... for nothing done but give me heartbeat check, and a simple script for only 5 600mg aleve (9 dollars). I asked for her to give me a bill, explaining.. SHE COULD NOT GIVE ME A BILL BUT COULD GIVE A TOTAL. i said this is the main problem with America health.. nobody could disagree, i am right. Told her you are not getting a penny from my cash savings, good luck until you show why i owe you 100s of dollars for nothing done. She told me quote, "You can pay but i cannot give you a bill showing the costs".. what?!?🤯. On top of this, my father in another state had a bill from medicaid, tax payers were charged 1 dollar for evey single 81mg baby aspirin.. those are literally a penny in any store! Also a bag of saline aka, salt water, was 300 each! 🤯Those are hooked up on amazon or others for 3 dollars all day! So taxpayers are being charged literally 100 times cost. This is a scam, clearly. I prove it with my 1st hand experience said above. I am just 1 person, this is done all day for millions of sick people. Health Insurance AND MOST insurances in America is a huge scam run by people who do NOTHING.. i also know someone who owns a company, he lives like a fat cat barely works! lots of loopholes.. i lived it, end of story

they're sueing when before they put a lien on the person that would make it to where they have to pay off hospital bills before they could purchase or refinance a home. This shows that Americans can no longer afford to purchase homes...Also, hospitas do charge for procedures and supplies that patients do not utilize. The medical industry needs to do a patient audit prior to sueing them. Patients also need to hold all paperwork and be vigilant advocates for them.

🤦 You do realize that free healthcare isn't "free", right? Norway's "free" healthcare and schooling takes 45%-75% per paycheck from EVERY CITIZEN. Their is no innovation coming out of Norway as there is complete lack of motivation to succeed as each person is "only as good as the next" by design. That's equal opportunity for you=tapped out and capped. Each household pays $70,000 in taxes annually on average. There population is just over 5 million and of that population of age/able-bodied only 61% work. Motivation is a real threat to the countries stability for their future as noted in their own countries economic review. The USA total median tax rate is about 23% with a population of over 327 million (155 million employed). That is 47% employment not including the large amount of the population that works "under the table" which don't pay income taxes. So in comparison, you are looking at a population 65x the size of Norway with 15% less tax payers. If you think 45% tax seems high you don't want to know how much the US will amount. But, hey, it's "free".
Healthcare Transparency is the closest we have come to an open market in healthcare. Bringing competion which competitive pricing always follows. This was signed into law during the Impeachment trial and will take full effect end of this year.

S O this isn't Norway. We have more working people than Norway and make more in wages the people in Norway. Your argument is how much taxes the average American will be taxed is ridiculous. It will be comparable to what families are paying now in monthly premiums. Oh yeah and don't forget about the deductible that they have to pay. Too easy, come at me better bro. Next please
