    Great vlog man but a small suggestion instead of bgm just make us listen to the exhaust…❤

    • @motorcrit
      @motorcrit  11 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you for your suggestion, I will keep that in mind.
      One problem is that, if I'm crossing 100KMPH on the highway, Usually you can't hear the exhaust properly and you only can listen to the wind noise as you might have noticed at around 14:50 where I didn't have any background music.
      Why I put background music in the first place is:
      1. Making sure the audience doesn't get bored.
      2. Wind noise.
      3. Usually I'm not talking when I'm on the highway, so it would be quite boring.
      4. Smoother transitions.
      I'll keep your suggestion in mind. Thank you once again.

    I noticed too much engine breaking in lower gears and it was jerky too . Is it normal ?

    • @motorcrit
      @motorcrit  6 месяцев назад +2

      Too much engine braking is quite normal. It's actually a good thing if you have a lot of engine braking as you'd get more control of the vehicle.
      Yes, the bike does feel quite jerky but I feel that's only when you whip the throttle open or open throttle a little extra.

    hey did the risers cause any problems while turning?? i lean a bit towards the front when i ride the speed so do u think by putting these risers it will be more comfortable??

    • @motorcrit
      @motorcrit  9 месяцев назад

      Nope, there was no problem whole turning. It felt quite comfortable.
      If you feel you're learning too much, install the risers. I'd say the bike already feels quite comfortable compared to other bikes like the Dominar and the CB350RS.
      Do check out Hyperrider/Zana Handlebar risers.

      @@motorcrit one more thing do u feel gear shifting is better in the scrambler??,but ill mostly be buying the speed itself over scrambler bcz i fell handling it in turns is much easier for and also in traffic

    • @motorcrit
      @motorcrit  9 месяцев назад

      No, I felt they're the same. I'm guessing there's a change in the length of the gear lever because the Scrambler is meant for off-roading and it's easier to shift gears if the lever is long.
      They have the same gearbox, so there's nothing that helps internally for shifting gears smoother on the Scrambler.
      Yes, the Scrambler won't be everyone's choice because of the height and weight and maybe because of the brakes as well (organic brakes vs synthetic on the Speed).

    Brother really loved the phone mount very quick and easy to install in any bike looks pretty stable too. Where do we get this type of phone mount and what brand is that?

    • @motorcrit
      @motorcrit  11 месяцев назад

      The Mount I use is the PeakDesign bar mount which I got from my friend (Instagram link below) who is an official reseller.
      It comes with an inbuilt vibration dampener and is made from metal. I've been using it for around 9 months now and it has never failed me.
      Do contact @RohilSykes on Instagram for the mount and he will get back to you:

    How does handle bar raisers feel on speed? Was it installed after market? Im 5ft 10in driving Speed, want to understand how it feels with raisers

    • @motorcrit
      @motorcrit  11 месяцев назад +1

      It feels very comfortable actually. Tbh it's not as natural as the Scrambler's position. There's a huge difference in handling as well because I feel more confident when the handlebar was raised. The ride felt more comfortable. It made the bike even more nimble in terms of handling.

    @Motorcrit, New Subscriber here.
    Great Videos, I have gone through all of your video. Good POV.
    Among the bikes you have rode, which one would you recommend for cruising and enjoying

    • @motorcrit
      @motorcrit  10 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks a lot for subscribing. It means a lot.
      Considering the cruising speed is somewhere below 100kmph, I'd recommend the CB350RS/H'ness and the Harley X440 because I would consider that to be their optimal cruising speed and quite comfortably sit at that speed.
      There's also this very weird suggestion, the Speed 400. I'm pretty sure not a lot of people would back me on this considering its top Speed is 160kmph and it's meant to cruise at 100-120kmph. The thing is, at that speed, the bike feels quite unstable especially on the highway. If there's a sudden bump on the road, the suspension literally sends the rider flying up and I had experienced that quite a lot when I took the Speed out.
      The Speed would comfortably sit at speeds below 100kmph. 100kmph on the Speed is around 6000-6500RPM and in case you're sticking to speeds below 100kmph, you'd get a better mileage because the RPM is low. In case of quick overtakes, just twist the throttle and there's plenty of power at your hand.

    Bro I am 16. I saved up some money from my freelancing, I make websites and sell products online for my clients, I have saved around 1.5 lakhs and can afford a Rs 25000 EMI. I wanted to surprise my father with a bike. Triumph speed 400, Yezdi Roadster, Classic 350 or a Harley Davidson x440.I have some of these bikes in my mind but if you think there is any other better bikes than these please do tell me. Your opinion can really help me a lot. And yeah your content is firee... you deserve at least 100k subs

      Thanks a lot for watching my video.
      First of all, hats off to you.
      Coming to the part of which bike you need to buy,
      It completely depends on your dad's riding style. Right now, all I can suggest is the Harley X440 only because it's a bike that can handle any type of riding style and I will stand by my statement when I say, "Any type of riding style".
      The Triumph is quite compact and not a lot of people would like how small it is. So I'd rule that out. The Yezdi Roadster would be a very nice bike but the service is always the problem and Yezdis are known for their heating issues. For me, the new Royal Enfields are a huge no, so I'd suggest the X440 right now.
      Do DM me on Instagram @motorcritic where I usually reply quickly.
