Miss placing your tape, dropping the pex adapter, the never ending fight with the adjustable wrench…. All the reason I love your channel…It’s real life! 💪🏾
That orange crimp tool was the first tool I bought my husband when first got into plumbing, we often look back at that simple tool and are amazed at how far we have come in our plumbing business!
Joel, I love how you are able to do anything house building related and you are also able to explain what you do so even if I had no idea how to before now I do know.
Bingo! Just what I've been looking for...1:00 - setting the tub filler 3" to 5" in from the edge of the tub. Thanks! That said, as much as I love the Moen and the substantial mounting bracket, the downfall (not just Moen but Delta, Peerless, Price Pfister etc) is their low GPM output in their effort to comply with California Title 20 Water-Efficiency Standards. The low GPM flow rate, depending on the brand/ model results in some fillers taking so long to fill a tub the water gets cold while filling. There is a work around, unfortunately its a trade off. Buy an overseas non-brand name with ultra high flow rates that doesn't have to comply with EPA standards (e.,g 17 GPM) and hope you'll be able to find service / repair parts if needed in the future. {sigh}

I love that you always use instructions if you need them. Build it right or don't do it at all lol
😊👍

Informative as always. I like how sometimes you teach us as you’re learning yourself.
I appreciate that!
Thank you for being detailed and not skipping steps 👍🏼
Coming along fast now!
Nice neat work as always👍🏻
Is there a follow up video for this on the final install?
Nice work I have a project like this coming up. Thanks for the info
Those floor mounted faucets are notorious for leaking.. Or is it just the wand? Any brands that dont leak?
I believe you switched hot and cold. Did you have to swap the cartridge? Looks like an easy install, much better than the Kohler tub filler
