Funny - how images can have different impact on different people at different times - I saw the pasta and thought GROSS! That would make me feel like crap - or FLC Syndrome as Dr. Mark Hyman calls it - but who knows next week I could be drooling at it too. 😜

So yes, it takes a bit longer to get through Tom's videos, but it ends up saving me a lot of time in the long run. It's a one stop shop with him! You get all of the information you need to make educated decisions. There are plenty of people to follow who don't explain a single thing. Keep up your style, Tom!

I have always been surprised about how I don't really NEED as much fiber a I thought I would on a Keto diet. I think it's because it improves so many things that your elimination improves as well. Not sure of the science, but EVERYTHING seems to improve for me on KETO.

Make your own fermented cabbage it is so easy.....Organic white or red cabbage, slice it up put it in to salt water and leave it for a month or more. Longer gives you more bacteria. Plenty of info on the net. O and use purified water not tap water.

I'm in ketosis, and to both help inflammation and reduce body fat, it take in the morning and evening ( sounds disgusting but it works) a glass of water. with a tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon, a big pinch of cayenne pepper, and a medium pinch of turmeric, small pinch of cinnamon. Sounds horrible, right? But it's awesome!
