The Middle Eastern Kebabs are so good. I use 2 of them in the air fryer, then dice them up and add the Trader Joe's garlic sauce, shredded cabbage, and wrap it in a taco with the Trader Joe's Jamaica wrap! 🌮
The Silver Coho salmon (skinless) is fabulous! I eat it 1-2 times per week. Look for the thinnest filets- they tend to have a milder flavor. I sprinkle the top with Simply Organic All Seasons Salt (the BEST), garlic powder, and cracked black pepper. Sear the seasoned side down in a little butter in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes, flip, turn off the heat and let the other side cook for 2-3 minutes. So good! I serve it with thinly sliced Brussels sprouts and onions sautéed in butter with a little soy sauce.

There's a recipe that used to be on the Kraft Parmesan cheese for artichoke dip. It is mayo, cheese and artichokes and bake it. It is ADDICTIVE and SUPER easy.

I love half and half and struggle to find a good substitute that satisfies. I'd love some good product suggestions (protein powders, creamers) for both sweetened and unsweetened coffee.

Most of this is cheaper if you buy and make it yourself. If you are watching cost. Buy large quanties and freeze the burger patties cooked or not. Can probably get 6 to 8 for the price of those 4. These are good for prepared prepackaged not compare to whole unprocessed. ❤
I didn't like the cauliflower gnocchi. But I did like the cauliflower spicy mexican rice that you got. It can get a little watery so might not be great on a tortilla.

i spent 100 bucks on the LMNT and i should have only bought a small pack to try first but i went all in. I had like 3 packets and the third one sent me into a migraine that wasnt responding with my meds. I would love to gift them back to you Mayra since you can tolerate these things. I have bought the spicy Mexican style riced cauliflower and is pretty good…but just be careful when consuming them since they have a strong spicy flavor and I ended up drinking lot of milk since it burned my mouth.

They have cauliflower crust in the fridge section. We put sugar free bbq sauce, cooked chicken, red onions, bacon and Mozzarella on it. So good!

The frozen foods at Trader Joe’s are sometimes very high in sodium so be careful.
To be fair… when keto… you want more sodium
