There are lots of apps to do this sort of thing. I use an app on the Mac called Neural Mix Pro. www.algoriddim.com/neural-mix-pro It’s what works for me at the moment. My earlier stuff from a few years ago, I would simply play over the top of it. Thanks for the question!

You can do it! My advice is get yourself a metronome and focus on your non-dominate hand.
