Hanzo wasn't even in his spectre form. Of course, you cannot die in the nether twice. But you would not be able to walk. Quan Chi ripped all of Hanzo's bones, squashing him like a bug. Still he got up like nothing happened. He recovered from his wounds so fast. This Hanzo was on another level.
