  • As someone of 26 years old, I've spent nearly a third of my life battling crippling anxiety and subsequent depression. This is the story of my fallout, healing and restitution. For those that suffer, however big or small, you are not alone. In this part, I will discuss my first anxious episode as a Junior in High School that lasted for several months. This is the start of my 8 years battling anxiety and depression.

TRUST was challenged with a girl like that. Ruminating is what we do…our worst OCD fixation, habit, demon. I can tell by the tone of your voice and music you show yourself empathy, compassion, and insight. I have anxious attachment issues too. I’m glad you have a good support system and self acceptance even though it was hard to get through. Wish there were chemical vacations we can go on for short times. But no one sees when the “ new and improved them may mute its conscience and unplug one’s moral compass and has led to you wandering, into Alice in Wonderland.” You think you’ll handle it, and you don’t read the warning signs anymore. I left my morals and eventually my family, after 7 or more years on Wellbutrin. After a decade, I finally got off the dopamine train and two decades later I’m still suffering without it. But I don’t want to go back to Neverland. Eventually I’ll find something to help just enough, or be old and truly free ⌛️ Life for us can be tricky. We learn resilience. Peace to You

I think you are a strong compassionate person. The fact that you have bothered to upload youtube videos about yourself proves that. There is no way I could sit in front of a camera and talk about myself. I couldn't talk about anything. That itself would make me severely anxious. Thanks for the video and hope your anxiety improves. I much look forward to watching the others.
