Outstanding! Absolutely love what you guys are doing back home! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😎😎😎😎😎😎😎 It's always great to see a professional private security company being there for their community and clients. It's a huge help to law enforcement and frees them up for priority calls.
I have just finished my five year contract in the United States Marines and I have received my guard card and I just have passed my psychological fire arm assessment with PSI and next week I should be starting my firearm training and they said they will expedite the time to get my fire arm exposed carry permit because of my service and I was wondering if I would be eligible to work with you guys
@Sid Saenz i’m already in the process of joining law-enforcement I just wanted to make some money as it takes time I’m going to the Academy in July class 223 of Riverside Sheriff department so I’m just doing security in the meantime
You are not a law enforcement agency. You are a security firm. LE doesn't have a subscription basis. Real LE are paid by the state. Not by individual home owners or business owners.
Wrong and wrong. Private police and special police (special police are what most people think of as private police, regular private police are just paid by a non-profit such as university’s/hospitals/even public schools who pay for contractors etc) That being said, special police do exist and do charge a fee for subscription based services. It’s a big thing out Midwest and down south’s, residential neighborhoods will pay for it, gated communities, etc. they operate separately from whatever municipal police laws your state has, here ACT 120 Is municipal police (or equivalent for state troopers/city), ACT 2 is sheriff, ACT 235 is general armed security (required however for ANY private usage of firearm while employed including special/private/school police, even some county police jobs), ACT 501 is special/private police (although nearly every university police force just uses act 120 with the Exception of a brand new private police dept just formed by a large hospital/university) Special police here are sworn in, have full arrest powers on property that they are paid for services for, arrest powers extend off property during any kind of threat or in some cases even the ENTIRE county that they have any property in. Which can mean millions of people. The only difference is special police are not peace officers (at least here) so they do not have off duty arrest powers, then again our armed guards can detain for any felony committed they see while working just not misdemeanor. Regular private police are peace officers, we don’t have many actual special police here that offer a subscription service. Maybe out in bumblefuck I heard there was one. Lastly I’ll say this, this videos cringey, they’re basically trying to impersonate special police. Every state is different with laws etc. some states grant limited law enforcement powers to armed security, some armed security are sworn in, some states you can literally become a full on cop with just the armed security license. I am not sure how Cali operates. It’s very liberal so I would imagine these are just armed security with likely next to no actual authority (doesn’t mean in other states that someone similar cannot 100% arrest you lol) We HAD one security company who was imitating private police, apparently they were special police in Florida but not legally here, dude was in deep with local police chief I guess or nobody asked questions idk, was pulling people over running plates etc. eventually that got shut down
Thanks for explaining how it works in other states I like how the first thing you say is wrong and wrong but at the end you say I’m not sure how it works in Cali
very interesting service definitely not your average run-of-the-mill security i absolutely agree this indeed helps take the load off of law enforcement i would like to see this type of profession in my area the local law-enforcement is stretched, very thin and Highway patrol is stretched even thinner we have security organizations, but nothing like this here very cool thing y’all are doing
Yep and there goes the 4th, 5th, and 14th, just to name a few ... For a fee anyone can have a subscription based 'law enforcement service', wait correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that what all US Citizens pay taxes for ? Private Security is there to O / R or Observe and Report. Report to official law enforcement. Its not relevant if a company trains with a state or federal agency. There is no such thing as private law enforcement inside the borders of the United States of America. I know that some would want to shred the Constitution and Bill of Rights, however that's the backbone of this great country. That fails we fail.
