What a fantastic CEO who took care of the employees, as well as provided good benefits to its customers during difficult times. This company deserved recognition. Kudos to Amex!

Wait - did he say that he conveyed the financial results to Warren before they were public?

In The Netherlands they reduced the number of points you get per Euro spent and increased the annual membership. That's not a great way to add value to customers.

1:35 He called Warren Buffett and said "We're probably going to loose about $4 per share". How is this not insider trading? 8.3% of Warren Buffett's portfolio.

He made sure his #1 investor can’t sell because if he does it will be insider trading. Big brain thinking right there 😂

Is it though ? As a shareholder you are the owner of the company so of course you want to know how your company is performing. That’s not insider trading.

Not really most people could tell it would do down during a pandemic..... Like use your common sense lmaooo even if he did Warren has been holding amex for decades now , he didn't trim the position and then added more.
