- Watch a Drivers Eye View of driving Jenny, a 7 1/4 gauge steam locomotive around Drumawhey Junction Railway, in Northern Ireland, UK, Europe.
Jenny is a 7 1/4 inch gauge Wren, which is a miniature narrow gauge industrial steam locomotive.
She was built in 1999, and has a traditional coal fired steam boiler.
Drumawhey Junction Railway is a club track a few miles outside Belfast, in Northern Ireland.
The club does rides for the public, and also allows members to use their locos on the track.
I visited in the Summer of 2022, with some friends from Ireland, and we had a great day playing trains and experiencing their track and club. I would strongly recommend a visit.

A miniature railway operating steam, petrol hydraulic, diesel hydraulic and electric locomotives. The line is the longest Miniature Railway in Ireland. The layout allows a variety of routes. An interesting journey of approx 12 minutes is provided. The track is 7 1/4” Gauge.
The railway captures the atmosphere of a full sized railway. There is a station, signal cabin, engine and coach sheds, bridges, cuttings, tunnel and a level crossing.
It's a great adventure.

Hello to everyone at Drumawhey. It seems a long time since I was last over there from the mainland with a loco for a 'birthday' event. I hope to make it again in the future. It's one of the best tracks in the UK!
