Both myself and a friend of mine purchased one a few weeks ago. Fantastic pistol except for the ejector. According to him, the folks at MAC were great to work with. From the video, it looks as though you were experiencing some inconsistencies as well.
Excellent review! I’ve been eyeing this piece as a possible target pistol. Tisaas is very underrated in my opinion. Kinda like CZ was at one time (and I own quite a few). I am going to put this one on the list after seeing your excellent review. Thanks!

Great Video!! Thanks very much for sharing this 1911 and all the information. This looks very cool, and I think I would like one. Be safe out there guys, as these are some crazy times. Just ask the 90210 guy. Beretta Sr.
Tennifer has nothing to do with finish. It chemically alters the metal to prevent corrosion. The color is just to make it look nice. Older Glocks used that method to treat their slides.
It's also a specific brand of chemical treatment. Other firearms companies use the same process, but under another brand name. Taurus is also using the Tenifer process on some models now.
Also another example of a company being bought and revived of course not-related to firearms would be Indian Motorcycles going out of business then having their name tossed around a few times until ultimately bought by Polaris and revived again.
Just send your SA 1911 back for upgrades. I did that to my champion LOADED. For all that comes on the TRP like the night sights and front checkering and Magwell

Beautiful gun. Looks like Larry Vickers customized it for one of his spec ops buddies.
