Hey Neel, solid advice as usual 💪 Question tho, how do you find the best people to reach out to? There are usually many recruiters/people who may read your resume at a big consulting firm, and it's just not practical to reach out to every single one of them.

Great question Yee. When I (Neel) was going through the process, I usually found success reaching out to (1) people who were alum from school I attended and / or (2) people who genuinely had strong commonalities or similarities to me (e.g., played the same sports, previously interned at the same place prior to consulting, etc.)
Check out my networking video where I outline better how you can be selective about who you reach out to: ruclips.net/video/1VkYS55hsc8/видео.html

First of all, great video, thanks a lot! Secondly, if I reach out somebody from the firm via LinkedIn to a coffee chat, should I also give him my resume? I am not sure when or at which stage I should send it to my network..
