Have you seen enough of Hollow Trees for one season? Probably. Have you seen enough of Hollow Trees on the Chanel Islands Twin Pin? Doubt it.
We thought we’d put the Mikey Feb x Britt Merrick colab, purported to hold-in when the waves get good, to the test. Confident that Lances Right would have no shortage of superb surf, we picked up a crisp, yellow Twin Pin in Bali and lugged it across the Indonesian archipelago to the jewel of the Mentawai’s. Dave and I took the board for a spin in a variety of conditions. No single concave this and tucked rails that. Just raw surfing and the space for unencumbered opinions on the boards performance. We hope you enjoy!
