Brother, your work has pointed me to right direction in the past dew vids. I'm new to all of this and didn't know there was so much ambiguity over where or what to get for replacement parts. Use the typhon grom tires on your granite grom i think the width might have some wind friction in your speed runs just check and see 😮😎👍

Thx man. I tried it.. my castle system is too powerful for them. Turns them into discs.. foams are the best but you have to be on the right street otherwise your spinning and not winning.. AZ streets are super hot so it dont take much to test tires and you quickly get to find out what works for your street and what doesnt. I think i have bought maybe 7-8 sets of different tires trying to find the best ones for my driving conditions.
@@MrMeDos when you buy tires look for belted tires they don't expand like regular rubber tires
This is way i like the rlaarlo 1/12 buggy about the same price and 60 on 3s out the box. Hw bl60 esc and i hit 65

how do you change the throttle to 50 percent on that transmitter ? i got the same one!

hey Bro, let me give you a trick, u will love it. so the typhon grom ( "blue joint" maybe ??) with more kv, please put the original granite grom tires. and hit that pedal to the metal. I will not give you the mph i got on it, i want you to first give it a try. and let us now how it goees. but i will tell you. I did broke a record yesterday doing that lol, i got very exited bro. let see how it goes with you.
OG tires you say? what throttle percentage 100g%? I will try it.
@@MrMeDos The Original tires from the Granite Grom. those put them on the typhon grom. put it to 100% power, and give it a try petal to metal (thats what i did), if you can control it that will be great, have in mind they will ballon. but it will give you a nice number. lol. please let me know how it goes, and good luck brother.
