This is true. My husband is a veteran. He began during the Cold War, through beginning and end of the Gulf War, and served some more time. His service is more than completed. It's different in our country. We have veteran events and he is asked to appear. He can show up in uniform with all of his medals, but he can't use certain things, depending on the time.

One thing I think you missed that was mentioned on TV in the UK no matter how you feel about the Sussexs. The grandchildren were seated at the funeral in order of age! Therefore, that is why The Tindall s were next to King Charles and Camilla and the Sussex s just ended up there by order.

Harry chose to leave the family and all of his royal duties and responsibilities. True, Meghan probably made that decision for him when she cut off his balls, but he's the one who officially chose to make the break with his family. They owe him nothing and as such, he deserves nothing in return. He can sulk all he wants just like a small spoiled brat but he can't have his cake and eat it too. So, he does not deserve to keep the house in England, nor any of his titles, nor anything else. He moved to the US (and God I wish to hell he'd go live in Canada with his wife -- we do not want him here!) but he should accept exile quietly and just fade into obscurity.

They were at the end of the first row along with Mike Tindall seated beside the Wales family. H&M were second row again though they were directly behind the King and Queen.

When she met Harry, the bond between the two brothers was already non-existent anymore. For so many reasons, Harry and William went on so different paths in their 20s that by the time Harry got married, they were worlds apart. The image of a perfect union between the two brothers was only a PR move. When their mother died, their lives were destroyed and the royal family didn't know how to guide them: their father was more preoccupied to smooth the way into public life for his mistress, their grandparents belonged to a different generation and would not understand any of the teenagers' problems, the rest of the family couldn't care less. Afterwards, William was absorbed into duty and military and everything else as the establishment made sure that he began his training for the big job he was born for, whilst Harry got forgotten somewhere in the lower ranks of the army with nobody ever asking how he felt (it wasn't personal, that's how the system works, it has always been so, if you are not in direct line to the throne, you do not count, you are expendable rubbish). No wonder that after years and years of practical separation, William and Harry already had nothing left in common. If Princess Diana had been around, things would have been very different, but as such there was nobody to bring those two boys at the same table and talk their differences.

Well, you can count on Harry telling his father and brother to go to hell after this. What’s Daddy going to do? Refuse him to use his passport? It only makes Charles look the bully and petty. Something so many of us always believed. Charles has always treated a Harry like a bastard child. This obnoxious petty behavior only reflects on how bad Charles was as a father and probably as bad as he will be as king.

Isn’t harry releasing a book basically bashing them? I’m sure it’s a bit uncomfortable, however I hope they can make amends and go down their own paths successfully.
It won’t happen, I’m afraid. Harry didn’t realize the extent to which Megan had married him for money and position, and then had burned every bridge by fronting all kinds of financial schemes as soon as the ink was dry on their marriage contract. And the schemes involved branding the “HRH Sussex” name for huge amounts of money and selling themselves to the highest bidders. When the RF became aware of the meetings she’d held and the degree to which she wanted to cash in, they were firmly told NO, and the Queen took their “HRH” titles away in an effort to control what they could brand and how they could present themselves as assets. That’s what started their “exit.” They continued insulting the family on Oprah, where Megan called them all racists, after the evidence shows she was welcomed very warmly by Harry’s family. The book is the latest insult, which the poor Queen had to deal with when she was grieving her husband’s death….all of their crap was so unfair to her, and that has just widened the gulf. Harry would have to drop the book and they would both publicly have to apologize for all of the rotten, mostly untrue things they said about the RF to get anybody to listen to them. That’s not going to happen, bc Megan feels she’s got them over a barrel, even though she hasn’t. They’re too big and powerful for her, thank God.

As a parent I simply can’t imagine doing that to my child. There’s been lots of times that I didn’t agree with my adult children but I would never turn my back on them ever period! If he does, I will loose all respect for him and will ignore anything that has to do with the BRF going forward. I don’t approve of everything that Harry has done, I really don’t, but two wrongs don’t make a right.
When I was young I said the same thing. I now have a 56 year old son that thinks we ,his father 81 and I 77, and his older brother 59 owe him. His brother and father bought him a car. He drove it to pieces then sold it for junk. Chanse spent a vacation, buying parts and repairing that car. While he worked alone in the cold his brother sat in front of a fire in a nice warm house smoking and watching tv. Later he took him shopping for new clothes, including underware, socks, shoes, soap, shaving equipment and a hair cut. While his children were young his father and I often sent money for our grand kids Seams they never had money for milk, food and dippers. When our step-grand-daughter started school they were living off anyone that would take them in. We took her to live with us. Before Christmas his father and brother were talking to the grand-son. They were living out of the car. This was 10pm. My husband asked what he had for supper. He said they hadn't eaten yet because his dad hadn't gone to the blood bank to get some money. The next morning my husband said the conversation he had with the boy had kept him up all night. He asked If it would be ok if he went and got him, though he knew it would be more work for me. I said "Santa Clause doesn't come to cars, go get him". Later the other son said it had bothered him all night too. That he was also going to ask me. I could go on for pages to say how we have helped him just to have him say we never do anything for him and we don't love him. Both grand kids have said the best time they had, when they were little, was when they lived with us. This week he started getting a s.s.check. He has spent it on a motel (we bought him a camper) taking his girl-friend out and Uber rides. 2 years ago his brother bought him a used, extended cab, truck. He burned the tires and trashed it. After his brother bought new tires and repaired it he couldn't believe that he wasn't giving it back. His second check has arrived. He wants his Dad to cash it and bring him the money.I love my son but his dad is in bad shape and I am not much better. Now tell me I'm wrong not to want to have anything to do with him.

I don’t know your son, but I will say that with some of the behavior you described it sounds to me like a man with some mental health issues.Perhaps it’s caused by substance abuse or perhaps it’s a chemical imbalance in the brain itself.All of it is difficult for both the person living with it & the people who love & care about them so I have great empathy for you and your situation. I would encourage you to try to personally make peace with the situation, maybe not be close but don’t leave anything left unspoken. This is not judgement, but I am a parent who has lost a child.He was here one day and gone the next with no warning,no chance to say goodbye,nothing.Thankfully we were very close & what turned out to be the last conversation was a good one,but that wasn’t the case for his father. His father is a rough tough brute of a man and my son was calm, sweet,gentle,& loving.His father felt he was too “soft” & often belittled him for it. They had a argument the night before my son died, his father said “ I wish you were never born “ & that sadly was the final thing he said to our son. Roughly 18 hours later our 1st born son lay murdered in a pool of blood. Long story short,we certainly didn’t know that our son’s life would end that day in that way, & you don’t want to find yourself having to live with not at least being in sort of a neutral place with your.He doesn’t have to be your best friend,but maybe telling him “I love you but I don’t love the choices you’re making “might be healing for both of you? I wish you well as you navigate your relationship with him.

Kody stayed with his father. First he kept them in a place with rooms to rent. The room consisted of places to pile clothes, a thin, black with dirt mattress. Later they moved in a house belonging to a friend. It had no water or electricity and a large hole in the floor. His grand-dad would call to check on him. Ten - eleven at night he was told Kody was up the road playing with a friend. I was called to his school because he came to school with no supplies, dirty and the others were complaining about his smell. They wanted me to take him back. I wanted to but my husband was still doing bad. I told them to call family children service and have them contact his mother. She wasn't much better but she would provide him with a livable home. Kody is now a father of two. As I said he will tell anyone that the best time growing up was when he lived with us. Last year his dad ,who is in bad shape, was running out of a place to stay. Kody decided to take him to Tenn. to live with him and his family. It lasted almost 2 months. He always has a dog with him. Breana ,his wife, refused to clean-up after him so after work Kody would go into his room and clean up trash. food left sitting around and dog poop. They finely gave up and kicked him out. He went around the apartments loudly complaining about how his son kicked him out on the streets. People told him to be quiet or they would call the police. Kody drove him back here. He told Kody he had lots of friends that would help him out. He couldn't believe it when no one would take him back in. Oh yes! It wasn't his fault Kody kicked him out. It was his wife and kids. The kids didn't like him and his wife made a bunch of stupid rules that she expected a grown man to follow.
Also Prince William and Harry need to sit and talk and give each other the floor talk and listen to one another. I feel Prince William and Princess Catherine are hurt and feel betrayed and it probably upsets them to see them knowing what they have sold as far as fibes.
PW has no choice but to support the family due to his obligations...there are no obligations to speak of for the spares
Let me say from the outset I am not on anybody' s side. As I watch and listen to the drama surrounding Prince Harry and his wife and the RF , I suggest there are faults on both sides. The media and the Palace aides have made the situation worse. RF likes to keep things under wraps and pretend that all is sunshine and roses when it isn't. There must have been issues going on in the RF that made life so untenable that Prince Harry had to walk away with his wife. The unfortunate thing is that the wife is getting the blame for everything and even the slightest thing she says or does gets blown out of all proportion. Charles III, as patriarch of the family, needs to get his sons together, sans the wives, and give them a "come to Jesus talk." It is way past time to talk to and with each other and thrash out all the problems instead of bickering and leaking to the media. None of the parties involved is looking too good at the moment.

I think King Charles will work on bringing Harry back into the Royal fold as ambassador in the U.S. TO not exclude him, being his son. He will wait, however, until he sees what Harry's memoir says and Netflix to have an idea of public opinion.
Not a chance. Ambassadors are chosen by the Prime Minister and she won't be that controversial. Harry has no qualifications for that role.

Valerie it was perfectly reasonable of H & M to leave the Royal family and the U K therefore they did not need to be exiled or stripped of their titles. What has caused tremendous upset is the lies the Harkles started to peddle once they had signed the contracts with Netflix and Spotify .H was fully aware that his family would not challenge his version of events but he under estimated the intelligence of his audience and that was a silly mistake .

There are no children. Meghan didn’t give birth to either children. She had a hysterectomy at a young age. If they aren’t born of her body, they aren’t eligible for titles
