Carrie proved that on Idol. All three judges tried to come up with a song Carrie couldn't do. And it didn't work. All Carrie was listen to a song a couple of times and she was able to do it.

You sang Two Black Cadillacs and you looked directly at me and waved at me twice when you sang, I was so excited and me and my boyfriend were surprised. My boyfriend sings at our church and he says you have a phenomenal voice and presence. This was my first concert ever that I was finally able to go and attend. I served in the Army and when you won American Idol. A lot of soldiers in Fort Hood, TX voted for you. I am a huge fan and you truely love what you do and I must say seeing you in person, you own the stage like Tina Turner.

As always Carrie sounds perfect. Like hearing her head voice here and there. She normally is full blast mixed or chest voice. And it shouldnt be a surprise with how awesome Dan and Shays music is, but damn he has a really pure voice. I can see why people complain its not twangy enough. But I would rather hear a real talented singer with a vocal range, the ability to tell a story, and lung capacity.
