Brian Rickman was in his peak of commentary. He was better once... I use to record most of his commentary so I can tell brilliant commentary he is not as good as in the 90's.

The grey colt, Vuelve Candy B a triple crown winner that year in Puerto Rico, was awarded the win after the disqualification of the 1st two.
