He is DESCRIPTIVE beyond words....and he has LYRICS that create a THRILL....My favourite is when a horse is coming from off the pace fast and he says the horse is "sprouting wings"

Brian was born and bread to be race horse commentator he's atop of his class i like the way he describe the race in his own unique way he always cion some fitting phrase that suit the sudden situations (such as if this was a highway this commander one would be given a speeding ticket,it would take a act of god to stop this one and god doesn't act, the one at the back seems to be climbing mount Everest,and this one needs a tow truck. These are stand out moments that really impressed me.hats Brian from one of your favourite fans i enjoyed the pete and Brian combination commentaries hope happened again. Brian is a good commentor . Brian was better once in the 90's I use to recorded his commentary. I had is number once when I call telling him how I rate him he says no dont rate him. I like to listen good commentary is my favourite hobby. I can do it a little ....... if I have had gotten the chance to from in mid 80's I would have as good as Brian . Commentary is something that I have a passion for so therefore I would able to have it right.

The legendary commander, I put him second to Chris Armond and Howard Abrams third. I do agree with what he said about jockeys, people always debate and point out other jockeys that they said are above Fanna but he proved himself above all, just look at the classic wins.
