Hi! Thank you for watching! It did get slippery. I had to walk slowly and carefully. Would be better to wear more suitable shoes. There is also some equipments you can buy to add on to your existing shoes, but I personally haven’t tried it.

What transportation did you recommended for exlpore hokkaido?
In my opinion, I would say renting a car would be ideal. But public transportation is not so bad. If you do plan to rent a car, please be careful.

I went the first week of March. I think it depends on which area you will go. It might not be snowing but probably will still see some snow.
