Lake Friendswood Kayak Fishing New Years' Day 2025

Kayaking Lake Friendswood has become a tradition despite the cold. This morning was pretty windy with some north winds. We fished the protected shorelines and found some rainbow trout. The lake must have just been stocked recently with rainbows. That's my first Texas rainbow!
