My wife has a 2012 KA without the rubber shock cap and my daughters 2015 KA does have a cap. I assumed they started fitting the cap somewhere inbetween those to dates. Wow that was a job and a half for a 'simple' shock replacement. 🔧
Dont say "easy job" it will always come back and bite you 😂 That brake hose was a bit scary,good job it broke in your hand and not on the road. Job well done 👏
Suspect it best access will be from under the wheel arch remove raid wheel and plastic arch trim. Might help with top engine mount disconnected to raise or lower engine to create more space. It is tight but can be done.

Hello! Do you have some tips and tricks to replace the aux belts auto tensioner? There is no enough space to unbolt it 😅😢
