Troopers are doing it right by building the hype. This gives us (the audience) time to get familiar with the concept and music so we can get excited for the shows. It’s almost June and I have no idea what other corps is doing. But I know what the troopers are doing and I couldn’t be more thrilled.

I'm willing to bet the show will get darker as the season goes on, kinda like how BD in 2007 got brighter and less dark at the end of their show, but in reserve.
major chord makes sense. you can hear the Ra-do minor second to tonic which is kinda creepy sounding and menacing almost taking joy in being evil. also major chord at end go BOOM.
I think the main character says that after he kills the devil because it’s funny and the major chord speaks that his goal is accomplished

I fumbled mine with spirit in 2017 so I feel ya there. Best thing I did I was start working behind the scenes driving with 7R and Crown. It eased the pain of not marching alot. There's many other options. Prop crew, etc. Also I hear a few other corps have spots open still. It's not too late. Best of luck 🖤
after the last two years the competition for Troopers hasnt been this fierce in decades. And with all those Cadets marchers suddenly homeless, it just threw that many more bodies into the fray.

I love it when corps quote their pervious shows! One small quote is the harmonica lick from last year’s show at 8:13. It’s like they are saying “remember that cool thing we did last year? … yeah we also remember 😎”

As a performer for the troopers this year im really pumped for later
So I'm 15 and auditioned for the guitar part but didn't get it, but man the ballad was so much fun to learn. Definitely one of my favorite solos to play. I can't wait to see them perform this show live, GO TROOPERS!!!🔥🔥

I dunno, still sounds extremely unrealistic to me compared to what other audio libraries offer. Maybe it’s the mix here, but the VDL sounds are WAY better than the noteperformer sounds.

Yeah, I've been seeing lots of "join the guard" posts. Why is it a problem? They're not wearing riding boots anymore (but that would be hella sick, tho).
