The Legend 420 I mean. There is a option to go online just to race, and hangout but you do everything eles in singleplayer, and single player is pretty much offline... Right? Yeah you can play offline.
other than the autologs the campaign mode can be pretty much run offline . The multiplayer is a separate function from the main part of the game and to get into multiplayer you need to select from the start menu. In this version there is no free roam multiplayer like 2015 version of Need For Speed
They changed the online play. Before if you didn't ready up you could drive around in free roam with other players but with the update the other day they included a countdown now so if you don't ready up you will be kicked out of that lobby and put into a new one.
no, if you see when I change the rear bumper all the way to the right you can find the PARTS SET. They're pretty much the same as the old nfs 2015 kit you can select from the roof.

not even close ... no free roam multiplayer...no police in free roam ( other than case missions ). Not all parts for the cars are up for grabs from the get go you have to buy them from tune up shops or unlock them from speed cards. Its kinda like Forza motorsport 3 meets burnout
shawn lynch eehhh not really forza you could get every car from the get go its stupid payback way is better since you have challenges and events to unlock everything which i love since it gives everything a purpose and value you dont just get everything striaght away you gotta earn it and thats the way games should be punishing yet rewarding and the reward is such a good feeling when you get it
