Answer @ 21:18 is 34 2 is connecting with each of the other numbers to arrive at the number on that same line. That is, 4, 2, 14 5, 2, 23 6, 2, ? To solve 4² - 2 = 16 - 2 = 14 5² - 2 = 25 - 2 = 23 6² - 2 = 36 - 2 = 34 Answer is (C) 34.
2:30 I got to the same result through a different calculation. The left cluster from top moving right calculates the next outer circle as the circle value multiplied by the center circle value minus 1. E.g. 5*2-1 = 9, 9*2-1=17. For the second cluster we subtract 2 and the third we subtract 3. E.g. 10*3-2=28, 28*3-2=82, 17*4-3=65, 65*4-3=257.
i also did with another method. i calculate the difference between the number on the top with the number on the bottom right (9-5=4), then i multiply that with the number on the center (4*2=8). Finally, number on the bottom left is 8 + the number on the bottom right (8+9=17). Therefore: 28-10=18 18*3= 54 54+28=82 and 65-17=48 48*4=192 192+65=257
I love this stuff. A few questions I had to pause the video to determine the right answer. I subscribed as I see the value in your videos where I know I will learn new skills
question Five trucks travel the primary route every day. Truck A arrives back at the depot before truck C. Truck E is after truck B who is 2 after truck D and 3 after truck A. Answer @ 21:18 is 34
2 is connecting with each of the other numbers to arrive at the number on that same line.
That is,
4, 2, 14
5, 2, 23
6, 2, ?
To solve
4² - 2 = 16 - 2 = 14
5² - 2 = 25 - 2 = 23
6² - 2 = 36 - 2 = 34
