- Today I’m at the shop doing upper and lower ball joints on a 2008 Ford F-250 2wd sweeper truck! Truck is a work horse and we like to keep them all maintained! I’ll show you how I do it in this video! I’m sure there are other ways but this is my personal way I install them! Tie rods will be coming soon! Stay tuned!
Remember, Love each other!

I'm about to change my spindle and hub on my 06 f250. It's been many years ago since I've done one, but it wasn't an f250. I searched and searched. All I came across was for 4×4's but I finally found yours 2×4. You were clear and understanding, you did a good step by step, only improvement you could make would be lighting and an adjustable tripod so the camera will be at same height or looking down as you work. 👍
Thank you!!!
By far, the best tutorial for F250 2wd ball joint replacement I have ever found.
thanks so much for this tutorial. It helped me a lot. God bless you, my men !!
Dude, YOU ARE AWESOME ! I watch a lot of vids, too many guys gotta keep their face in the camera for excessive amount of time so I stop watching them within a couple of minutes. YOU had enough face time to explain the process and then you got busy with the work...minimal face time=terrific content. By the way, can you come do my 08 f250 now ? I am saving your vid for future review, THANK YOU !
Great video, Finishing my coffee so I can go get started on mine. Needed a refresher, and to see if there were any snags I might encounter.Looks pretty straight forward.
Nice video, saving for reference in future
Great video. I chucked that tool up in the lathe and removed .100 or so and it worked good. Angle iron was to hard for me to hold.
👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
Thanks for video.
This helped me out a lot. Thank you!
You did great 👍. Man, now I gotta do this too. Thanks for the refresher video.
Nice one
Awesome job! We should all think like you do.👊👊🇺🇸🇺🇸
Awesome video man. Gonna do my ball joints this weekend and now I'm confident after watching your video.
Great video but I would recommend torquing down major suspension parts to the proper torque values. But I get it.
great video !!!!!
Great video, thank you
Very helpful and you FF at the right times
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Doing this same job today. 2001 f250. Just need to look for a thick steel plate since i have the same HF ball joint tool.
Great video! Do you or anyone have a video on the I-beam bushings? About to do those next
Awesome
Love it.! Thanks
I would like to seee why you did not put the large ball joint on first and press it in with the clamp
So, not a big deal with torquing the lower ball joint to 150? I maxxed out my 80 pound torque wrench and was planning on buying a 200 to finish the job.
Do you have to get the front end alignment after installing both ball joints on a 05 f350 dually or no ??? Thanks
Hey...friend...from Puerto Rico ..what is the brand of the new balljoint?
Got anything on changing the tie rods out on this 2wd model? Can’t find any vids.
You need more lighting , some areas were dark on the back side. good job.
I got a question, where did you get the ball joints?
Did this on 4wd, a little different , little harder, more involved.
How much torque the top nut
Thanks about how much time start to finish?
Couple hours maybe.
What happened to the abs sensor wire.???opps
Great job, great video. Information that was very helpful.
Does the upper ball joint not have a snap ring?
no
Yea, if you can't jack up a car, this is NO job for you!
