How are you differentiating this for a patient who has Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo? Which Could cause Nystagmus, Dizziness, nausea and vomiting
Not sure if this is such a good idea to be performed on patients with cranio cervical instability or Chiari malformation? This really just doesn't seem safe for people with certain underlying conditions.
what if already been tested in brain mr for it, so what it is the treatment? since there is no surgery is possible for vertebrobasiler artery compressing brainstem, then how to live with it better?
HUH. INTERESTING. Ight time to get a test => go back to the ER ;).
Because if i move my head forward or backwards, when it's not aligned with my back ie decreased blood flow => partial focal seizure/nystagmus like symptoms triggered.
Don't worry, I already have doctors. Just waiting again to be transferred to another one called: neuro-ophthalmologist
