    Hot Take! You DO NOT need to be able to get your knees to the floor on this to be athletic, stay healthy, and enjoy life ;) no need to force this stretch! Take it slow, take what your body is giving you.

    Yeah, I've been putting off buying a new set of resistance bands of different strengths for so long.
