I know I am late to the party but Man...your videos show more than other tutorials I've seen. Thank you!! I like your style of non-edit vids and I appreciate the depth and personal touch you have. Inspiring! Keep it up Tom. I will keep watching and subscribing, since I have a long way to go. Peeeeeaaaccceee!
Again Nicethings, I want to thank you for making these Tutorials . They really keep me inspired, especially since I’m a complete beginner with the Akai Force, and making music in general. When I bought the Force, I knew that I would be in over my head, but after watching all of your Force Video tutorials, I’m holding my own when it comes to making music on the Force., also as you know Practice makes perfect. 🙅🏾🙏🏾✌🏿 Thanks again Frankie Thai Lafayette Louisiana, USA
Wow, this is my favorite of your videos so far. Learned a lot. Question: at 15:28 when you added the clip for the guide track while in arrangement, what happened there exactly? Did the Force record a new clip on the fly in the second scene (third row)? How does the arranger know to make that new clip replace the audio of the clip you had running on loop in the first scene (second row)?
@@nicethings Thanks. Where does that clip end up getting recorded? Is it just another clip on the same track? Also, the Force showed two recordings on your screen when that clip was recorded: the original and the overdub. How does the Arranger decide which clip to play when there are two sets of audio at the same time? Is it just based on the active clip from that track at that point in time?
Thank you for your very helpful channel. QUESTION - I saw how you could affect the bpm for all samples in a drum program. Is it possible to do this for multiple audio clips (w/o creating a program)??
I’m assuming you mean computer “live performance” like my music demos? If you mean live on stage stuff or my tutorials, that’s a lot more complicated than I can write here…
Do you have anymore info on how to do like "trap and bass drops remixes" Let me know if you need more information on what I mean. But if you search trap and bass drops remixes on youtube the first results should give you a picture of what I am talking about.
dude your rap style is freaking awesome

I watched most of demos before I got the Force in Oct 2021, but that I've had for a while these vids are even more dope!

I was just pressing record enable while in the arranger, and this will record into that, then I pressed the clip to record that while in arranger.

Can't really do that outside of a drum track, unfortunately
hi nicethings, thanks for the guides! audio in 1+2 are TRS, so in fact i can have 2 stereo ins?
Sadly not, there combo style, but it's still a stereo pair, or two mono.
Nice one What kind of Microphone do you use and what cables need to connect with force ?
SM58, then just normal 1/4 jacks to my sound card.

Not sure what you mean? But if you’re looking for 808’s and ‘swoops’, there’s a guide on my playlists.
The name of the song is called. Nutmeg Genital Figs. Lol!
