Our Wandering Footprints Thank you so much for watching and subscribing! I really appreciate it! I do use a bit of armature in the majority of my sculptures (and yes, it’s usually a bit of foil). :)
Painting of poly sculptures: I'm having difficulty with acrylic paint flaking off, in about a year. Thinking of using oils. Any thoughts? Good work! Thx!
Scott Oliver Hi, have you considered using a different brand of acrylic paint? I have not experienced flaking using the brand Americana. I think flaking has only happened once for something I kept under direct sunlight over years. I hope my suggestion is somewhat helpful. Thanks for the comment and for watching.
I "LOVED" it!!!!! So beautiful!!!! Do you have a wire armature and foil inside? What kind of polymer do you use? Thank you so much for sharing your talent. Great job!
Butterflies&Fairies55 Thank you so much! Yes, I did use a small ball of foil as armature in the body. There’s wire in the front legs as well. The clay is regular Sculpey. :)
