I'm loving how English cooking shows tout the yellow American cheese as the best burger cheese. It may well be, but stateside we were so traumatized by Kraft singles, I just don't think we can bring ourselves to touch the stuff. Delicious burgers chef! ✌
I like both the cheap "kraft" type and normal real cheese. It's funny when I was a kid the kraft kind was more a of a luxary than real cheese 😂 Cause you always had real cheese at home anyway, but not that fake,full of preservative kind 😂

just a thought. ever thought of using a ice cream scoop to measure you ground meat? also a quick pray of water will loosen the grill surface and make it real easy to clean. not too much
