I think they called it Korn III because it was the third Ross Robinson produced
It's supposedly called Korn III because its their 3rd album produced by Ross Robinson. I also remember reading an article that the band felt it would fit just after Life is Peachy musically. Not sure if i agree with that but great video!
Pop a Pill is gonna be a journey
You aint kidding
"Holding All These Lies" will break you. I cried.
I love that one and "The Past"
"Are you Ready to Live" always messes with me a little, not that my opinion matters but I wanted to see if anyone felt the same as me.
Sick Shit I agree with you. That song along with Holding these Lies messed me up on first listen. Still love them to this day.

@@jayhendricks6594 Your opinion matters bro. To some of us. To others it doesn't, but those are assholes, so who cares?
Rock on! 👊
Yes finally this album 🥺 I was playing this album right before I was involved in a car crash the song at the time was move on 😕
Been my favorite Korn song since the day I heard it.
The drummer is Ray Luzier and he has been in the band since late 2007 joining the band short after their release of the Untitled albu though he only joined the band near the last leg of the touring cycle for that album and wasn't officially announced as a member until early 2009. He has a background as a musician previously playing in other bands and touring as well. He is dope man I have met him a few times and you are absolutely right in just now noticing him because this is the first studio album he recorded on.
the drummer is Ray Luzier, love that guy
If you thought they missed used the digital stuff, your in for one hell of a surprise when you listen to the path of totality lol
😂😂😂
korn yque lmao damn
Looking back at it now that I’ve heard PoT, it was a lot lol but some of the electronic stuff worked. Especially anything with Skrillex was 🔥
I've been waiting for you to get to this album! Oildale is one of my all time favorite songs. Korn III is a return of the funk and weird, the drum and bass are nuts. It's an angry, obnoxious Korn album. Here's the best live version of Oildale've found: ruclips.net/video/YXD79jguy3I/видео.html
The encounter has the best version
Honestly man Ross Robinson pushed the limit of course. But I think this album was fucking amazing. By far many others. Simple, emotional, great bass and vocals drumming.
Seen Korn and the drummer Ray live many times and even saw them on Johnathan's solo tour. Let's just say... amazing.
The drummer is Ray Luzier, he’s been their drummer for past 13 years joining Korn in 2007 making ‘Untitled’ his first album in Korn.
he didn't play on untitled, he joined in 2008 after joey jordison stopped playing with them live, and became an official drummer in 2009.
Yeah on untitled there was a few drummers Terry Bozzio being one of them. This was Rays first album to play on. I felt sorry for him that it tanked a because the drumming is solid I just don't think Jonathan was into it for a number of reasons. If only the idea behind this album to go back to roots had happened before the nothing was recorded maybe we would have got a Korn album that actually sounded like old school Korn
back to their roots! produced by robinson, raw album. bought it the first week when it came out. no peak. more standard..! live is amazing.
The riff sounds like Nickelback - Burn it to the Ground and the vocals mixed with the catchy music reminds me of Muse. This could actually be another Korn song I really like, that's 2 so far
Ray luzier the drummer for ten years now lol. Check his own vids incredible
I really don't like this album, however, I love this song and Let The Guilt Go.
Alright! Dan is finally reacting to Korn 3! It’s personally one of my fav Korn albums even though I know a lot of Korn fans don’t like it. To each their own. I love what they were going for. Raw back to their roots sound and emotion. Hence the Korn 3 since Ross Robinson produced the first 2 Korn albums and came back for this one. Dan, I’m pretty sure you’re gonna love this album. Oildale is not the peak. It’s the standard. Can’t wait to see you react to the rest of the album. 🤟
🤘🏼😎🤘🏼 next one: pop a pill 😏
the drummer is ray luzier
Bro you remind of Jonathan tucker. His role in kingdom. You ever seen it?
I’ve heard this song first after a week long binge in the darkest days. It wanted to hurt me lol
Love your Korn reactions brother! Can’t wait for you to react to this album and their next 3 albums
assistindo chapado fica 18x melhor meu deus do ceu me ajuda
I see he has the old addidas tracksuit top on haha
thank you for doing this.. i loved this album
No problem. Was a hell of a ride. 🤘
FUCK YEAH!!!!! MORE KORN!!!!!
Keep um coming.. Korn is good
Ray Luzier 🔥🔥🔥🔥🤘
So Korn 3 marks the third album produced by Ross Robinson, it’s an attempted back to roots album of sorts.. the drummer is Ray Luzier, this is his first studio album with Korn, the only other record you listened to him with him in it is The Nothing.. this album has high and low points I believe.. but it’s not overdone and I think you’ll like a good majority of it
Should also add that most of these songs were done in one take.. instead of a big studio they recorded everything as a four piece inside a guitar tracking booth.. no pro tools what so ever.. just the purest form as the band where it currently was at the moment
I love Korn 🤘
KoRn4LiFE!!!!!
💖
I thought Korn went rubbish been listening to them since there first album gave up on them when they went dubsteppy. Then recently I listened to Korn 3 albulm I'm now I'm addicted to them again
Lol facts! I’ve finally listened to all their albums(on the channel now btw). And there’s some really good stuff in there.
The Nothing and The Serenity Of Suffering are two of their best albums and this is coming from someone who was been buying Korn merch and CD's since like 1997.
You were speaking on the electronics in koRn's music and honestly bro, they have been using digital audio in their music on every album all the way back to 1994, it is in every album though it wasn't heavily introduced until their 2002 album Untouchables. They used 0 digital audio in the next album Take a Look in the Mirror. See You on the Other Side and a good amount of the rest of their albums have some digital within it. They have always experimented and incorporated different sounds and pitches, frequencies, etc since they earliest days.
Man, this whole album is really solid! The next one is kind of strange though... Is a rock - dubstep thing. The drummer is Ray Luzier! Since "Remember who you are" album till now, is the official Korn drummer
korn here we go
They played in a cornfield on that video link. Munky always kicked so much ass even as the only guitar player he just held it the fuck down and Ross Robinson killed it on this album like always.🤘🤘
I really liked their serenity of suffering album. Their newest is ok, path of t0tality isn't for everyone but I liked it, and of course a lot of their older stuff is fire.
korn - "Holding All These Lies" will break you. I cried.
Dude. Check this whole album out. Its great.
Anyone else always stay for the rewatch? We're "real ones"!
Korn is back!!! Tks 👏😍
React to Human nature - new album of nightwish. It's awesome.
