Still pull my FC Prossh deck out when my group needs a healthy dose of humility. His 2013 pre-con was handed to me at my intro to MTG with some friends the night those decks dropped and I had no clue what I was doing. Thousands of hours and dollars later it's still my favorite commander.
Could have gone bit more into ritual creatures like Burning-Tree and Wood Elves and how you can sandbag them to your combo turn. This also works with Evoke creatures like Shriekmaw and Ingot Chewer to instantly get to 6 mana for cheap. Also not explaining Recruiter Chains(Imperial-Matron-Wincon) is was a bit of an oversight too. Good first try tho.
I'll look into it! So far the feedback has been really useful. I'm not going to be able to highlight every tiny detail about the cEDH commanders I feature, but hopefully it can help newer players
so after watching your vid and talking with others, we noticed one big problem with how you say prossh works with food chain. as it states converted mana cost, or the new card states exiled creatures mana value, so with this you dont get commander tax added to the mana givin by food chain, which means your gonna have to pay attention to the extra cost by sacking more goblins each time also.
I had a look through the budget deck, and I like it. Couldn't quite nail down the utility of the two bushwhackers though, and goblin matron on top. Is the point of them simply to make your kobolds hasty 1/1's, so you can attack in for lethal as soon as FC and Prossh starts looping? Also, have you considered Eternal Scourge, as another avenue for infinite mana earlier in the game than you can manage to get Prossh out?
xxhellspawnedxx That's exactky what matron is for. To fetch up either bushwhacker. The bushwhacker's turn your infinite number of kobolds into actual threats and you can swing for game. To be honest, I'm not sure why Prossh decks don't run eternal scourge. I'd be interested to find out though
Just proxy it? Most playgroups and Friday night magic events don't care, it's kinda foolish to play with any card 20+ anyway cause it just degrades value, so play proxy copies and keep your high end cards out of play

I had a lot of requests for cEDH content! I really hope you guys enjoyed this one!
Really great video. I have a Food Chain Prossh deck that I hadn't really thought was lacking until now 😂
Please make more videos!

B1gLupu Thanks for the feedback!
Deck Builder’s Society You could think about posting it on cEDH Reddit page. Could get more pointers/advice :)

Well his cost goes up and you get more tokens so it balances
@@DOLOTread yeah this is true you just sack more kobolds to keep the combo going.
Nice work
Chase Hatchett Thanks, glad you enjoyed it!

Eternal scourge does nothing outside of food chain, so it's not really any good
Here's a challenge: an EDH deck w/o Food Chain.....yeah, I am not shedding $50 on a card
There was a prebuilt with Prossh a few years ago. That's how I got my Prossh
