Read the app in playstore if you can root your phone you could make a win 10 flash drive with this app or drivedroid OR use usb iso 2 split the file in half because fat32 cant accept a file more than 4gb. Or just install ubuntu and make a win 10 usb drive there
During boot > and enter bios > boot option> move USB pendrive at first/top list > save and reboot computer > now boot starts from pendrive. Or try press " F9 or DEL or ESC or F10 or F11 (might differ in other computer) " to open boot menu option or BIOS as soon as you power on your laptop

@@rahulthapa3769 your usb isn’t booted correctly or the iso is bad it will take a lot of time to read so redownload it or use another USB i switched to lubuntu it works fine

For creating bootable windows os , you need rooted android smartphone. Kindly read the app description in the playstore. For creating bootable linux os you can use it with both non-rooted and rooted Android Smartphone.
If your already created Windows bootable USB pendrive then you can install it directly without needing any driver. When your computer boots up , just select boot option to USB Pendrive and proceed installing windows OS

Firstly , It's 64 (x64) bit not 62 bit. Firstly check/confirm if your computer processor is 32 (x86) bit or 64 (x64) bit. If only 32 bit than you can only install 32 bit Operating system and if 64 bit than you can install either 32 bit or 64 bit Operating system.

If safe mode too not working , then Try running installing or running live bootable Ubuntu OS alongside of windows (without deleting windows). If Ubuntu 64 bit OS get installed then your computer processor is 64 bit.

Try turning off/disable " secure boot " in bios settings and restart

It might happen due to some iso file or data not copied properly in USB Pendrive. Try formatting your USB pendrive again in FAT32 format.
