I'm 15 years into my career in health care, work as a paramedic and I'm at the point where I feel like Ive given enouugh to public service and want to do something interesting and intellectually challenging for myself and eventually make a career change. tom, in a previous video you mentioned the hougaard bar i'll call it, one that sweeps the highs of the previous bars and then closes below it's own half, well I coded it in pinescript as a signal and thought.huh,it's pretty good, it wasn't until I realized you meant the halfway point of it's OWN body, after recoding, this changes everything, it is such a powerful momentum shift and continuation pattern... astounded.

We really didn't want to share it but people kept asking. I quote for the first 50-100 people. Bad colors and BAD sound doesn't matter just post it. Thanks to you and others we will NOT do it in the future.
For almost one and a half year been in a dilemma of a shy, hesitant, no good at trading at all( psychology ). I know there is no need to tell you this what I just said it just made me free from that useless psychology crap burden I did stick to for a long time ( well at least for me it is). Well this may seem a lot to read so the point is listening to you for a couple of months, watching the charts accordingly, I finally stood up(a metaphor) and did trade GBPUSD right after US session open while I was listening to your live trade but actually focusing on my own trading, and as it was supposed to be 🙂 I lost 8 and then 6 points consecutively, but the thing that surprised me that I wasn't panicked only this time, seriously😇 So the I kept on and won 15 points and then a quick one with around 2 points. At that moment I thought that's all for today I've recovered what I lost. But again a kind of confidence out of my magnetic field had already entered into, and the Price Action just started making more sense like it wanted me to further explore it. Going on entered into a trade and Lost 4.3 points 😉(remembering your words to get out of a trade making no sense to you). So that didn't make me stop there not because I just lost a bit of what I just gained, but it was making me a kind of eagerly uncomfortable and I kind of liked it being discomforted in a way to test my self with real money. So I got in shortly after and closed the next trade with +13 points, the next with +1.2 points, the next with +0.9 points, the next with +4.2. * And I stopped after my account balance was Up more than 9%. That is my story of finally feeling to get the idea of perfection in trading that " Trading is not and never will be Perfect"' what matters is the " The Trader's Equation" that should be Plus and thats all, rest is all the fun watching price action and listening to you and your data you send to members of telegram. Thanks for being there at least for me it was total shift in my approach to trading that started to make me feel that its something I can repeat every day and end up being profitable in the long run🙂👍

Agree. Exactly and when TomH is dead he will be remembered for who he was, what he gave and shared to us all. He makes a mark in the world. What matters in life is that you are something to someone and that makes sense to you.

For almost one and a half year been in a dilemma of a shy, hesitant, no good at trading at all( psychology ). I know there is no need to tell you this what I just said it just made me free from that useless psychology crap burden I did stick to for a long time ( well at least for me it is).
Well this may seem a lot to read so the point is listening to you for a couple of months, watching the charts accordingly, I finally stood up(a metaphor) and did trade GBPUSD right after US session open while I was listening to your live trade but actually focusing on my own trading, and as it was supposed to be
🙂 I lost 8 and then 6 points consecutively, but the thing that surprised me that I wasn't panicked only this time, seriously😇
So the I kept on and won 15 points and then a quick one with around 2 points.
At that moment I thought that's all for today I've recovered what I lost.
But again a kind of confidence out of my magnetic field had already entered into, and the Price Action just started making more sense like it wanted me to further explore it.
Going on entered into a trade and Lost 4.3 points 😉(remembering your words to get out of a trade making no sense to you).
So that didn't make me stop there not because I just lost a bit of what I just gained, but it was making me a kind of eagerly uncomfortable and I kind of liked it being discomforted in a way to test my self with real money.
So I got in shortly after and closed the next trade with +13 points, the next with +1.2 points, the next with +0.9 points, the next with +4.2. * And I stopped after my account balance was Up more than 9%.
That is my story of finally feeling to get the idea of perfection in trading that " Trading is not and never will be Perfect"' what matters is the " The Trader's Equation" that should be Plus and thats all, rest is all the fun watching price action and listening to you and your data you send to members of telegram.
Thanks for being there at least for me it was total shift in my approach to trading that started to make me feel that its something I can repeat every day and end up being profitable in the long run🙂👍
