Need your thoughts on a 12man 1QB 2RB 2WR 3FLEX 1SUPERFLEX league. 18 draft slots. We draft this coming Friday. At what point do I not take QB? Like if hurts mahomes Allen ar5 and stroud are gone do I go wr/rb or still go QB?
First off thanks for the super thanks.. 🙏.. as for the question, it really is vital to get one elite quarterback, but I do like to return to round two and three per usual non-super flex thinking… I suppose you could explore going no quarterback, but it would have to be a late first round pick and top of round two pick… And you’d have to be certain you could land JD5 and Arod later, as an example.. if you think you can pull that off, then I don’t mind going non-QB in round one and two… But it really is advantageous even down to Burrow and Love.. once you’re at Dak and Kyler, I may agree, but depends how confident you are you can get a jd5 and Arod or at least jd5 and fields later. It’s risky. I guess I’ll leave you with this… If you get a top six or seven pic go quarterback… No matter what. In round one. If you have a late first round pick, then it’s a dice roll either way.
9ers had no intention of signing Aiyuk so I don't blame them at all.

Ego over sb and chance for hall. Let’s be honest except for ego, 30 vs 40 million per year means nothing. All it does is guarantee the team around you makes sacrifices.
Not how the world works tho and when you make 30 mil a year you spend a ton more so you’d be shocked at how no one will feel that way once in that position. It’s a business too. If you can get 40 you get it.
