I'll do this in the morning cos my baby has been having constipation and she's always hydrated so i don't know what else to do as our GP said we should call back next week if it doesn't stop with hydration. Thabk you so much for this tip
Did this twice today on my 2 month old who didn’t have a bm for over 24 hrs and it worked like a charm! 2 decent looking blow outs! Had a urgent care visit at 1145am today because my baby was irritable, the physician told me it was normal not to have a bm for a up to 5 days! And I thought not my baby! And I went and found this video and it worked only a few mins after the foot massaging each time! thank God and thank you for sharing.
