Yes it is a tricky decision if you're using Squarespace ecommerce; I suppose it comes down to what your priorities are. Easy ecommerce automations (if you need these) vs the aesthetics of Flodesk - which is more important for your business?
Hi Rosanna. I'm in the process of trying to decide between the two, so this video is incredibly helpful. I have a question about Ecommerce. Does that solely mean an online store where goods are sold? Or does that include digital courses? I feel confused about Flodesk working better with course platforms, but if a course is sold on your site, does that mean consumers are not being added to the list? Does that make sense? ha
Hey yes sorry it is confusing! Anything you sell via Squarespace (physical products, digital products, or online courses that are made inside Squarespace) cannot be connected to Flodesk. However if you use another type of online course software (such as Teachable), this can easily be connected to Flodesk using Zapier :)
