I don't think the romantic type of love is special, and I think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other, while most platonic best friends remain friends until death. I think that having a platonic best friend is a lot better than having a romantic partner or spouse is. Having someone who's like a sibling to you is a lot better than having a romantic partner or spouse. Also, you are more likely to be much more closer to someone who's like a brother or sister to you than you would be with a romantic partner or spouse. People tend to fight with their partner or spouse a lot more than they do with a platonic best friend, and you never fight with your best friend the way you fight with your partner or spouse. Partners and spouses are just temporary. If you break up or divorce them, it's hard to go back to them. With your platonic best friend, you're going to make things work, because they are your best friend, they are your go to partner. It's always easier to make amends with them than it is with a romantic partner or spouse. Romantic relationships are pointless, while platonic relationships are not.

So there is a story of me an extrovert Enfp I am like someone who does not think of like any kind of love and if I happen to like someone I would literally told my feelings and there was a guy an introvert who likes me for more than 2 years and I thought he was just being nice and I did not know anything cuz I am like that to everyone and I did started to notice a little different when I started chasing his friend but his friend rejected me as he knew he is gonna hurt his feelings So when I did not know anything about that I started to like him and he started to give me hints and after 4 years we met and he told me everything but I was dumb that I did not know anything It is quite hard for me to understand an introvert He changed a lot when we meet he got a girlfriend she was introvert and I am still single cuz I had a crush on him for the past years and never got the chance to see him as there was corona at that time and we were in different cities and also I did not have his contact and I just smiled when he told me everything Lol I missed a chance Maybe God has another plan for me 😂😂😂

I have an introvert best friend and I'm an extrovert, at first she was just silent and all but after spending a LOT of time with her things stared to change she'd talk to me a lot, going home with me, play games with me, even eating her dirtiest secrets and I'm really glad I became best friends with her. 🥰🥰🥰
this lmao. i'm not sure if it'd be more accurate to classify myself as introverted or shy, but i'm always so reserved and hesitant to interact with people. like, they lost me at the "deep conversations" bit. i'd only have "deep conversations" with a person i've been consistently hanging out with every day for 5+ years, and even then that doesn't necessarily mean i like them as more than a friend
