Born and raised in Fort Worth. I left for the Army after college and moved back here 2 years ago. Best neighborhood is arguably the Monticello/ Crestwood area. That’s where our billionaires live.
@@movingtotexasI’m a 7th Generation Fort Worth resident living here since you were 4 doesn’t make you a native. My family has been here since 1855. I’m a former President of the Sons of Republic of Texas and the former Executive Director of the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame. You would to do a lot to match that. Quit telling yourself you are from here.
I wish someone would develop a home-fly in community (homes with attached or detached hangars for Private, general-aviation aircraft). Such a community should be built around a paved, lighted all-weather runway equipped approved approach aids.
Yes, it's hard finding that because stores like to have a high population surrounding them. Maybe a country town with a good population in the center. Like Granbury?
You know I’m partial to Fort Worth! I love the “country side” of DFW! You just can’t beat it for this country girl!! 🤠
Living in FW for 67 years. We don't mind new folks but beware...we take care of our stuff!
Keller, I moved here a year ago and it's amazing.

North Central Texas, the DFW area, is the gem of North Texas. But remember, property taxes can really bite!
Northlake ?
Thank you for the knowledge, you are awesome!
I appreciate that!
Hate people who AREN’T from Fort Worth talk about Fort Worth.

I know what you mean. I’m a 7th Generation Fort Worth resident. Family goes back to 1855. None of the people know anything

People like her help us make informed decisions on our new homes. We are here…deal with it.
Great Video 👏
Thanks Jeremy!

George, that is a neat idea! Thanks for sharing your insight! :-)
There’s a neighborhood exactly like that in far north Fort Worth , by park vista and keller-haslet rd
@@user-yo1hi1ds9s runway too short. Need at least 6000-7000 ft length.
We want to buy a house here
I just submitted a questionnaire for renting an apartment or home in Fort Worth area how long do responses usually take??
If you can email me your name I'm happy to check on it for you. danapollardgroup@gmail.com
I want to be somewhere close to stores but away from noise. I’m having a really hard time finding a quiet area.

What about Haslet? We are thinking of buying a home there.
Haslet is a great area!

Is this true that we have to wait 2 years in Texas to purchase a home ? Unless we put 20% down ?
You can purchase with 3 1/2% down with a FHA loan anywhere in the U.S. or get a conventional loan with 5% down.
@@movingtotexas what about with a VA loan . Thanks for clearing that up 😀

Every single city in dallas ft worth is overpriced. Dont move here and buy the hype.
