Honestly. When I was watching I fully expected sonix to destroy onin. Like before and like he did does to acola. So seeing sonix lose, and in game 5 convincingly. I think the next time acola and sonix fight, it won’t be one sided this time. Considering when acola lost to leo, he STUDIED that ssc set with onin vs leo.
Probably both though idk about riddles Bruho is probably the best k rool in America. His best-known set is vs. Zomba we're he beat him offline. Online Riddles lost to bruho before, and as for riddles, i can't really say bruho is relatively new to the smash scene since I think he's recently started competing.
Soft ban Steve and Sonic.. Make it so that you have to give away 25% of your winnings to make up for the lost viewership if you win with Steve or Sonic. Or put a cap on how many Steve and Sonic players can be in a tournament. Make them battle it out against each other prior to tournaments in order to qualify. That way we get only 1 sonic and 1 steve and we probably get the very best ones at least. Or make them wear funny looking hats if they play Steve or Sonic. We need to use our imagination to deal with this. We don't know when the next game will come out. Nintendo always do their own thing and are not that predictable. Wrath is leveling up. The problem will just get worse. The meta really isnt that bad except for these two characters because they just drag things out and are blatantly hateable. There are other BS chars too but they do not drag things out like Steve and Sonic do, thus they do not hurt viewership retention and ruin everyones day and hurt the scene in nearly the same way.
I hope all the people who wanted Steve just because they thought it'd be funny are happy...this is what happens when all you can think of are memes and "content"
Kazuya is actually kinda bad vs other FGC character since they out frame data him and Kaz has a bad disadvantage state. And obviosuly Riddles know a lot more about Kaz than K.Rool. Thats why he didnt go Kazuya
